The nurses were all very nice and attentive. I want to give note to one nurse in particular that made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Charge Nurse on floor 2 Scott Campbell went above and beyond. I see why he is a charge nurse. He is so kind and welcoming. It is so scary being in the hospital not knowing what is wrong and Scott is very positive and nurturing. So kind. Thank you Scott.

I went to the Emergency at Palms West Hospital on October 14. This was my second time there and my second visit was as impressive as the first. On both occasions I was seen almost immediately, there was very little wait time and the staff there made my visit painless. They were friendly, communicative, thorough and respectful of my concerns. If one has to end up in the emergency room this is the hospital I would recommend.

I recently was at the ER with my sister because her daughter was not feeling well, and it was very concerning to us. Nurse Lauren quickly took care of us and was very thorough. Her attention to detail was very reassuring, and she made my niece laugh when she needed it.

My niece required further testing and that’s when Nurse Lisa began to take care of us. She was very caring and friendly. She explained everything that was necessary and put us at ease by detailing the next steps. She even talked to my niece about Cocomelon to lift her spirits.

I’m very grateful that Palms West is lucky to have such knowledgeable, kindhearted and compassionate nurses like Lisa and Lauren to make a patient’s difficult day just a little bit brighter.

I’ve been a patient in the ER several times both as a patient myself and with family members. The service is always top notch. The treatment is swift and thorough with a care team second to none. They immediately address concerns and take the time to listen. Tests are quickly ordered and run and answers come fast. PWH ER has been my ER of choice for more than 20 years and will continue to be our go-to.

Hello, Happy New year to you all.

My Aunt again was among your care for reasons that continue to cause her discomfort, pain & overall health decline. (FTT)

Unfortunately, Trustbridge Hospice of the Palm Beaches and their administration; failed to record in their efforts to keep my aunt comfortable & pain free. - When placement of a "Fentanyl Patch" had been part of the patients on going therapy; a laxative must follow (be prescribed). - Especially since the patient is bedbound, has MRSA, CHF, Hypertension, CAD, paralysis, and
deaf/ blind. The patient entered the ER being she was in distress.

The patient was not only miserable in pain - BUT the "CT" ALSO shows a blockage in the GI tract, the size of a baseball cap.
The treatment continued for (8) days, The team was very gentle
and gave every comfort measure possible. Our Family was so pleased with the care during the stressful Christmas Holiday.

As for the care of Palms west Hospital - Exceptional results, Doctors, Nurse, are best that I have ever dealt with.

Dr Neelima Upputuri is amazing doctor. I have never met such amazing caring human being doctor. She understood your concern and closely pays attention to everything that you are going through. It is hard to find a doctor like her today. Her caring with flower made my heart helped and healed. I never forget her kindness.
