Hospital Staff was the best! Took care of every need with a smile on their face!

From reception in the ER to Dr. Johnson and nurse Vanessa in the ER to all the staff on floor number 2, Dr. Copeland and Dr. Singh and especially Nurse Daniel and the night nurse Terel(?)

It’s hard to make a hospital visit a pleasant experience but everyone there went above a beyond to make my visit pleasant and kept us informed every step of the way!

My visit in the ER was the most amazing service. They took care of me. They explained everything to me bedside manners was on point care was not slow. Everything was done so professionally I think all the staff the nurses even the lady in the emergency room. mission was awesome thanks guys.

A red-haired man, despite my arriving by ambulance, told me I just needed to recharge my
equipment, they didn't have time for me! I waited
HOURS, while ambulance crew cared for me. I finally got a treatment room and ended up being admitted. I was refused water the entire time. I will
NEVER return to your ER. I was totally ignored and
completely disregarded as a human. The nurse that treated me wasn't rude, but lacked concern
for my condition I understand the staff is busy and overwhelmed, but I was frightened and a little
kindness and reassurance would have been
appreciated.
Once admitted, the nurses on the 3rd floor were
great. Dr. Mathew and his PA, Eric were responsive to my needs and listened to my concerns. One of
the thing I appreciated was that they would not
discharge me until it was safe. I was admitted the day after Hurricane Milton and had no power or water at home. Once they were restored, they

Amazing staff! Maria the charge nurse was thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. My nurses Nykesha, Sheylla and Debbie were absolute angels and kept me from going insane. Dr. Copeland was easy to talk to and Dr. Giffard was thorough and efficient which I appreciate a lot. Julie the wound care nurse deserves all the stars! Thank you!

I would like to say that although my child’s ER doctor yesterday was kind, he was extremely dangerous to have working with the uninsured and uneducated masses. First, he continued to push me to not get a CT scan of my 15 year old’s abdomen due to the radiation. Which I was like okay, but I never said anything about that, just want my son’s pain gone. He ran labs and then begrudgingly said he will run a scan if I want but he’s against it because of the radiation?!! So we basically accepted the GI cocktail and left and he’s been in the same pain ever since 9am yesterday.

But that’s not the worse of it!! A sick 6 month old came in with their parents, unemployed and on Medicaid. They said they had never vaccinated their baby and the doctor not only encouraged it but also told them how to get their child into daycare and school without being vaccinated. What type of physician tells a poor family that the measles vaccine is unneeded? He also told them that he doesn’t recommend giving Tylenol for the fever and that salt water is better for a fever than Tylenol! Salt water? I wish I was lying. I am not a medical doctor by any means, but this is so dangerous. I will never, never go to this hospital again. Diagnostic medicine is not even being conducted and physicians are using the ER to spread dangerous misinformation. As a healthcare worker for over 25 years of experience, this was beyond terrifying to hear that your physicians are telling people to not vaccinate against measles and chicken pox etc plus advising against Tylenol for fevers, and the babies fever was 102!! My son left in pain, with no continued treatment. Thanks, HCA, but never again.

Went to emergency room for high BP 230/108 and they prevented damage to any of my organs. I am very grateful for that. But once the immediate emergency passed I was ignored for about 3 hrs. Sitting with a hoody zipped to my neck should have been a clue I was very uncomfortable. When moved to a room with in the ER they forgot to hook up the BP monitor. I reminded the 1st person that stopped by which was at least 1 hr sitting without a monitor.
Reminder: I was there for BP over 230!

Outstanding Service from checking in to admission! Dr. Agzew and the 2nd floor team who gave my father 5 star ( hotel) service (as always) during our last stay on 12/28 - 12/31 (rm 230), blessed attention to care was given with LOTS of love. We honor and thank the team who always take care of Daddy and I on each "heavenly stay"

It was an uncomfortable situation in which HCA ER made me feel as comfortable as possible. The care was very very good and immediate. The doctor and nurse on call were caring and intelligent.
