I recently visited this ER and was incredibly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff treated me with genuine compassion; it's clear they prioritize each patient's circumstance(s). Despite being busy the day I was seen, they managed to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

I was able to get a CT scan and left feeling confident that I was in good hands. They filled my prescription promptly, and the very next day, I felt like a completely different person. Thank you to the wonderful team for their exceptional service!

Great experience, friendly nurses and very fast care. I was able to talk to a doctor 5 minutes after walking into the ER. Between my arrival, diagnosis and surgery, it took less than one day. Highly recommend!

Another great experience.Checkin was quick.Maybe 5 min wait
I was moved to a room and met by Dr.LaRosa and Curtis my nurse.They started to assess my issues at once.Received 2 shots and a tablets to ease my acute pain on lower back and left leg.Received a CT..All in all the staff was great.I use to go to Memorial in Hollywood. but from units HCA.
Dr.LaRose was very through.Cutis my nurse was great.

Personal of ER were very nice and easy going. They made a terrible experience into an event that was painful but with their empathy it was more bearable. Thanks a lot and specially to the Doctor who made it almost a pleasure with his Attitude.

Very minimal wait time. I was helped almost immediately. I was offered a wheelchair at the front door. The facility was clean and had a very quick online check in process, no paperwork. Ann Marie was great cleaning my room.

Nurses were fine but the nurse practitioner was awfully rude and judgmental because I was right and she was wrong and despite me asking to be checked for certain things, she only ran a CBC panel on me and muscle function blood test to find nothing wrong. When I asked her if a CBC panel would check for a systemic fungal infection she said no and I am clean and healthy and I'm good to go despite me coming in with paperwork showing severe not just in the beginning of the red but severely into the red for 4 cancer, causing toxins and one that destroys the DNA.

. After being discharged and waiting weeks to see a specialist that cost thousands of dollars, he said that nurse practitioner should've put me in the hospital overnight for observation so that a infectious disease doctor can observe me in the morning because I am one of the worst cases he has seen in over a decade.

With that, said your hospital and every hospital in Florida needs to have some sort of mold protocol because there is a simple 4 to 5 blood markers that could be checked to indicate a systemic fungal infection and not one of those was even checked. Refused to be checked by the doctor, I mean NP.

I have around 7-8,000 hours of medical literature that I have read over the last decade , put me at a higher point of understanding of my body than these doctors do because these doctors operate out of a textbook that they're taught in medical school and anything outside of it, they have no clue what to do. And then I'm being told by these same doctors that going to the specialist is just gonna waste my money , but if I stick with your standard doctors, I'm gonna die of cancer because they're telling me that I'm healthy but the lady in the hotel that I'm staying at now had to have a heart transplant because she was in and out of emergency rooms for over six months with a fungal infection.

Can you tell me is there something broken with the system here or what because this is going to your hospital and the Baptist hospital Kendall that I spent almost the day in before I was also discharged by the emergency doctor saying I've seen over 10,000 patients and not one person has ever had a fungal infection. The hubris of the doctors here is ridiculous.
