Took my four year old granddaughter in with flu like symptoms. The staff was very busy but took great care of her. I was pleased with the healthcare services. They were timely , friendly and took care of us within an hour and a half from registration , treatment to discharge. Very convenient. I would recommend over any of the local full service hospitals. Thank you !

I did not have to wait. Was greeted kindly. Professionals attended to my needs immediately. Was given time and a med to help with anxiety and left reassured - will see my M.D. in a few days. Highly recommended.

I think it has been well over two decades since I sat foot in a hospital, and longer as a patient. My recent visit Jan 2025 prompted this review.
Truly I can't say enough about the professionalism that was shown to me. Moreover, it was like I was being treated like a VIP at a resort spa. Even though my case turned out to be only a bad respiratory infection - they did not keep me waiting etc. I don't understand all of the bad reviews - Some folks just like to complain I suppose - and then a small amount of them have valid complaints.

Well the gal that took my blood and set my I've line up was horrible. She didn't listen to me and ended up stabbing me like 6 times bruised me up and down my arms. I didn't appreciate that at all. I did however like the Dr.'s both were kind and as helpful as they could be.

One stick is better than two or three. Swedish has been really good about my care and finding what’s wrong with me. I don’t have any complaints. This hospital good and not a long wait time.

I visited this ER twice in the last 2 months and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had by far. The way they treated me I felt very comfortable and relaxed like they cared about what I was going through. I will definitely refer friends and family here. Thank you!

I was a little anxious as normally never go to the ER with mild asthma flare up..But not having access to my meds I had no options..The staff here were so understanding and compassionate ..Had me feeling better within 20 mins.. And gave me a inhaler that last me til I could get mine refilled.. Nurse Amanda, Dr Susan B even the young lady helping me with virtual registration was nice thank you !

Brought my father in experiencing pain "from" a cyst. The Nurse was great! The Dr. didn't even wait for the numbing medication to start working before she started to squeeze out the fluid. I felt like she could of done more she released us and said if it got worse he would need a surgeon.

My dad was in a lot of pain.
I felt that Dr. Armstrong her beside manner could of been a lot better.

We ultimately ended up going to a different ER today. Due to the extreme pain and discomfort my father was in!
