Lucky this is one of the closest ER's to me. We've had our share of ER visits since moving to Denver 20+ yrs ago. This is still our preference. The docs & staff are outstanding. Efficient, even when busy.

This place is a joke. I don’t even know how they still open. If you go there in a really severe pain they will say the pain and the symptoms are related to smoking weed. The doctor didn’t even get a urine analysis to find out why I was in so much pain and sweating or getting cold. The nurses will just ask you if you ask the doctor for more pain medicine. Huh? Aren’t you the nurse ? The middleman between the patient and the doctor.
Their easy way for them to discharge you is to tell you you have “ cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome” and send you to rehab.
PLEASE DONT GO HERE OR TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE OR LOVE HERE FOR CARE.

With three kids I have been to the emergency room a few times and am always treated with kindness and respect. My toddler made a liar of me last visit but the doctor was very understanding and thorough.

I was taken here by Arapahoe county police during an arrest to receive a health clearance due to a blood clot in my leg . Doctors were brief but nice this doesn’t really count as a (visit) .

We went to the emergency room at Centennial Hospital close to midnight. From the front desk to till we moved out, all the team members in the emergency room helped my wife, and this was the first time in our life that we went to an emergency room. My wife was having severe pain, and once the team scanned and identified the issue with the medicine, the pain went away. They provided necessary documents and advice on how to take care of the situation. Thank you.

I wanted to share a concerning experience we had at Centennial Hospital Emergency Room (14200 E Arapahoe Rd) last summer. Our daughter was experiencing a high fever and severe pain following a wisdom teeth surgery, so we rushed her to the ER on a late Friday evening.
After a two-hour visit, we received painkillers and antibiotics, but were shocked to receive a bill totaling $25,000. Despite having health insurance, they are unwilling to cover the cost. This situation feels completely unjustified and frankly, outrageous

I was seen over a year ago and the medical care I received was fine. No complaints. However, my experience with their billing department has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to resolve my bill for over a year and they can’t seem to get my correct address in their system to send me communications. No one there knows what’s going on and I have not gotten a straight answer any times I’ve called. I have still received no written communication from them or follow up phone calls from them despite requesting both at least a dozen times. I’ve also called providing my correct address at least 6 times and they’ve been unable to get it correct in their system. They also had me listed as a minor and sent my bill to my mother at one point (and all communications concerning my account) which is infuriating because she is NOT financially responsible nor have I been a minor for a LONG time.

If you choose to go here your medical care might be fine, but they’ll make your life a nightmare after the fact. I recommend running far away. Never have I had an issue like this with any hospital I’ve ever visited in the 4 different states I’ve lived in. This billing department is a special kind of incompetent.
