I will forever be grateful to the care team at this location. My husband and I visited for a traumatic event and received the most compassionate care from the nurses and doctor. They explained things very thoroughly, explained follow up steps, and spent a lot of time comforting us when we really needed it. The nurse held my hand and let us cry. I hope they know their compassion meant the world to us. I think about them a lot. I am so grateful for their care.

I just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Summer and his team. Went in last night and they took amazing care of me. This experience wasn’t like other er experiences I’ve had where I just get rushed out. The team took their time going over everything with me and I genuinely appreciate that. They still worked fast and got me on my way but the care was 1000%. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you

I want to start off by saying the nurses here are great. I’ve been seen here twice and the first time was great, second time was HORRIBLE. Avoid Doctor McDevitt at all costs. He will smile in your face and go laugh at you within earshot right outside the door. Bro really asked me if I knew I was at the emergency room?!? Like huh? Like I can’t read the big red letters that say EMERGENCY… on the outside 😂 very condescending attitude and worried I wouldn’t be able to cover the bill. Plays in your face like he’s nice when he’s really a rude person who probably loathes his life. I walked out and got treatment elsewhere. What if I had been on the brink of self exit or something and his rude comments were the straw that broke the camels back? It takes nothing to be kind.

Went to the location with a bad laceration on my shin. The staff was able to get me seen before I could even sit in the waiting room. Dr. Lawrence and staff were extremely helpful and performed superbly. Everyone was highly personably and genuinely cared. I highly recommend Rose Central Park ER to anyone in the area who needs assistance. Additionally, the facilities were very clean and nice.

Nice ER for small emergencies. My husband had a kidney stone and had severe pain so we went there around midnight. No wait, he was the only patient, and nice nurses/doctor. They were able to do a cat scan there and give him pain medication.

I was hiking in Boulder and fell. I knew something was wrong and needed to get to an ER. Because I was able to drive---hurt my left foot---and I live in the Stapleton area I decided to drive down to the Rose Stapleton ER (plus it was close for a friend who was meeting me there). They came out to get me in a wheelchair, I was taken back immediately, and they were the kindest and nicest people ever. All of a sudden there were 3 nurses checking me out and getting my information and the doctor came right in to examine me. They brought a portable x-ray machine to me and the technician was super nice and gentle. The whole process took less then an hour. We were laughing and having a good time despite the negative reason I was there, yet so attentive. Even during the 'down time' they were still coming in to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. The place was clean and super nice. If you ever need an ER, I would absolutely recommend going there. To top it all off, they called me the following morning to follow up and see how I was feeling, make sure I was able to get in to see the orthopedic doctor and see if I needed anything. Fortunately, I've not had a lot of hospital visits but know others who have (and have been with them) and no one has ever called the following day or days to see how they were doing. It was a great call to get and was so appreciative of the overall care!

My three-year-old daughter fell out of bed in the middle of the night and cracked her head open. We took her to the Rose Stapleton ER, and they got her in within minutes. The doc and nurses were amazing - they clearly had experience dealing with pediatric patients, and were able to keep her relatively calm. I had packed snacks expecting to be there all night, but we were in and out in around 45 minutes. While I hope we don't ever have to go back, I know that if we do, we'll get great care!
