It was a rare and strange experience but overall I was pleased and satisfied with the all around patient care from all the nursing and providers staff at this location. A pretty long stay but it was worth choosing this location. I do and I ha e recommend it as it was to me. Thank you so much mountain ridge for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that you and your staff provided for my stay, from ER department up to the floor whrre I was staying.

The nurses went above and beyond! They were so caring and patient, I couldn’t be more thankful to them. They literally take care of you from A to Z, you worry about nothing. They hospital was clean and my room had everything I needed and more, and I love the fact that there were no surprise charges, everything was great!

In intensive care it was a nightmare. Tied down for no discernable reason with a sadistic nurse. She knew he was having a hard time communicating so she would just ignore most everything and required the exact right word about 10 times before she would even move. It was the worst hospital experience I've ever had. Once I was in the regular hospital it was fine and I was well taken care of. Those nurses were great, the doctor as well. So I appreciate them but you never want to be in the ICU.

This is the worst hospital I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and jump on I-25 and take a 10 minute trip to St. Anthony North. Went to HCA (known as North Suburban) earlier this year pretty much dying and this joke of a hospital sent me home. A couple days later I ended up going to St. Anthony North and they ended up emitting me and I ended up in ICU. How did they miss that Tonight my daughter went in for personal reasons that is very serious and is losing a lot of blood and this hospital did the same thing to her. It's almost like they just push people out the door. I am now directing her to go to St. Anthony North where they care about the people. North Suburban might have changed it's name to HCA Health One but they are still the same crappy hospital. You've been warned if you decide to go here. If I would have listened to them I would have died. 10 months later they are doing the same thing to my daughter and I have heard countless of other horror stories from people I know about this half ass hospital

I felt forgotten in the ER, no transparency & no good communication once in hospital. They did lots of test and labs. No communication on results. Dr. Where very judgemental and did not listen to concerns Rooms were double occupancy very small. No room for visitors or privacy.
Definitely will not be using Mountain Ridge Again.

Third time delivering my babies here and my experience was a 10/10 compared to my second L&D ,all of my nurses were wonderful!! Thank you Emily H. , Emily S, Carly and Dr. Thomas . And of course to my OB Jena Madsen for still swinging by and making sure I was ok.

Horrible bed side manor by the nurse! I was admitted about an hour and a half after I got there, and once I was the nurse just completely stopped taking care of me. When I got up to use the restroom she would yell down the hallway from the nurses station "is there anything I can get for you?" When I pressed my call button they would just turn it off! I left against medical advice because I knew that I would be stuck in the ER until sometime the next day, and as I was leaving my Dr actually told me that I was right about that. I hate this hospital, if it wasn't across the street from my house then I would definitely go to St Anthony North! I have a lot of health problems and I am in the hospital quite a bit, I suffer from medical PTSD and I make sure they know that when I go in, it doesn't even seem to matter to the ER staff!

10/10 best service - the Trader Joe’s of ER - everyone was lovely here. The nurses, tech, and doctors were so kind, attentive, listened and validated my symptoms, and were very quick to treat and care for me. No wait, CT scan ordered and performed within minutes, with results very quickly and doctor came in to check on me multiple times and to explain my condition and recommended care. If you ever fall off a ladder and get a concussion like me - this is the place for sure. Dr. Pramod Vangeti was so friendly, kind, and attentive. A great experience to have after a bad fall.
