I am incredibly thankful to all the doctors and nurses at Rocky Mountain Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my daughter during her stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and well taken care of. Every member of the team was attentive, compassionate, and professional. The hospital nurses and doctors are fantastic. The reason for the 1 star is because our son was admitted and Karen McGee in food services has decided to dictate what she feels our son is and is not capable of eating. He was not on a restricted diet and when I placed an order she questioned me by asking if the food was for my son. Yes Karen I know better than you what my 11 month old is capable of eating.

Then she removed the cheese, tomato and lettuce off his cheese burger because she deemed it a chocking hazard. Our son has teeth and is perfectly capable of chewing. At his age they don’t give grapes and nuts which is fine.

When your child is in the hospital it’s stressful enough without having some unprofessional, rude and entitled woman treating you like you’re an idiot when it comes to your own son.

The service was quick. The physician and nurses were very attendant. Appreciated their compassion they gave to me. The registration team was wonderful. The radiology team was great as well. Only excellence was given this day.

This is my family's go-to ER . From the Security desk upon entering to being discharged and everyone in-between.
The entire process with the excellent Doctor's , Nursing Staff and X-ray Technicians etc.
My family is put at ease with the friendly smiles , compassion and sense of humor and the ability to laugh when my grandsons tell them a corny joke . Most of all I appreciate the bedside manor and Knowledge all these Professionals exhibit too everyone that enters with assurance that you're in good hands and made the right choice when you choose St. Luke's/Presbyterian for your care/families .

I only go here because there is no wait or almost no wait and they see you fast and they always have rooms available unlike the other places where you have to wait for hours. I was there yesterday and the all 3 nurses couldn’t get the ivy right and poked me 4 times and then one of them said: “are you sure you want the ivy? Because maybe we don’t have to if you don’t want it”. I mean if the doctor prescribed it, shy should the nurse be deciding that I might not need it only to make her job easier and she continued injecting the fluid while I told her it hurts and I ended up having hard and painful bump under my skin. And she goes oh it will go away in two three days . In the end both of my arms are bruised with swelling and hard bumps. And when I complained about it this same nurse tried to intimidate me and kept saying to listen go her. I feel they should be scrutinised why they undermine doctors orders and try to intimidate patients when patients complain about being poked multiple times where they still can’t it right. Sometimes you meet good doctors here, some of them careless. But I go here when I need immediate help because everywhere else you go, there is always a wait.

Had a traumatic experience with my newborn twins which resulted in one being admitted 6 days and the other 11. The care we received at the hospital from the emergency department, to the NICU level 4, and NICU level 2 was unmatched! We called to get an update at any time of day and night and my newborns received the best care possible. Although this facility was a drive for me to visit everyday (45 mins to an hour) I would choose this facility again in a heartbeat if anything happened to any of my kids.

I'm sorry but you fell short for how you treated my son he came in as my caregiver last minute because all he did was take care of me he came in with a vary painful skin condition and it was hard for me to get him in but for yall not to give him pain management at least when he came in with high blood pressure and heart rate I could have sent him somewhere else in the abundance but you are the best but now I don't know I will now transfer my care especially getting patient care in the seats outside for head injury I can now give you a 1 star.
I'm a survivor of domestic violence and have long lasting medical issues from it and I have autoimmune disorders this is the best ER in Denver they always take good care of my needs and manage my pain from horrific experience back in May I've had a pleasure of having the director of the ER department Krista van Zwieten taking care of me trying to stop my bleeding thank you I can't say enough great things about all your staff.
