I went in to the ER on Tuesday due to developing a wet cough after having a surgery a few days before and being worried about it being complications from the surgery. My experience was genuinely awful start to finish.

From being greeted by cops/security that looked and acted like they were about to do a swat raid, to an obviously badly done IV being left in leading to excruciating pain when the CT contrast went directly into my arm instead of the vein, to now needing to seek out additional medical care due to damage to my other arm from how tightly they tied the tourniquet. The nurse seemed bored and annoyed that I was there and the CT crew were rushing to get me out of their room ASAP due to me screaming in pain.

The only person who treated me like a person worth any compassion was the woman who was in charge of the emergency floor that afternoon.

And after all of that they didn't tell me my full diagnosis so I couldn't ask questions about it, I had to find out my diagnosis when I got home and had time to thoroughly read my discharge papers. I'm definitely never coming back for emergency services even though this location is less than two blocks from my home.

Been a loyal customer lately over there at Rose! 4 times in the last 6 months to ER😅 This time took a couple stitches in my finger. Signed in and it took a good 30 seconds til the nurse called me back! Couple of very pleasant excellent doctors came in sewed me up good as new! Walked out 45 mins later and went back to work. Could not have had better care! 10/A+/😸!!! Thanks! Rondo

Incredible staff! If they are jaded from working in the medical industry, you couldn't tell at all lol. They literally saved my life (on New years eve!) and were super kind, funny, caring and professional ontop of that. I hope they all get paid a good amount! This Hospital is super clean too and has every department you can think of. Definitely recommend.

It was my second time in this emergency room . First time six months ago the stuff was amazing and helpful. This time I came in with a terrible headache, cough and pain and left with it . Being worried because I am pregnant and have a terrible fever but they just told me to drink Tylenol which is I mentioned to them before doesn’t help. Very frustrating, can’t sleep because of terrible pain and they kept me for three hours and let me go home with the same condition and pain I got in the hospital.

When my husband was brought in to the ER, I didn't know what to expect, however the doctor and staff did a great joy caring for him, they made sure he would get the best of care possible.

I had my baby at Rose few days ago. It was a great experience. Everyone (doctors, nurses, lactation consultants, everyone) was so nice, professional and helpful. I am truly thankful for all the support and medical help I received.

My experience at the ER was troubling, and I feel I was unfairly stereotyped as a "drunk girl," which impacted the care I received. My chart falsely states I admitted to having three glasses of wine before arriving—completely untrue, as I am sober and do not drink. This false assumption seemed to affect how I was treated, as I felt dismissed and not taken seriously during my visit. To make matters worse, I was told my labs and CT scan were normal, but when I reviewed my chart at home, I found abnormal lab results and concerns about my appendix that were never addressed. Being misjudged and misrepresented in my medical care is unacceptable and deeply disheartening.

It took a few ER visits but finally Dr. Timothy Lo was able to figure out what was going on. He told my husband and I when we checked in that he wouldn't stop until we knew what was going on and he was good to his word. He was relatable, kind, and extremely intelligent.
