I came into the ER with a horrible headache, chills and a fever. I was completely dismissed by the NP. He completely gaslit me and made me feel ridiculous for going to the ER. They basically told me they didn’t know what I had but I should go home and take some Tylenol and I would start feeling better. It’s three days later and I feel so much worse than I did when I went to the ER. But I think the worst part of my visit is when the nurse took my IV out and he did not wear any gloves. Go anywhere else if you want to be listened to and get better.

I came here because I got the stomach flu and the pain was so immense I couldn't handle it anymore.

Most everyone was very friendly and supportive, but I will say there was one RN (I didn't get his name) who just seemed to hate the fact that I was in the ER and in pain. He was extremely cold and rude from the start. I was consistently vomiting before I came in and at one point after he left the, I was going to throw up again, so my girlfriend was trying to find something to use and all she could find was a plastic tub, which I proceeded to vomit in. When the RN came back, he treated me as if I was a child and got upset at me that I threw up in a plastic tub and then proceeded to give me a vomit bag telling me I could have used this. I'm sorry that we couldn't find the vomit bags in time? It's as if he would have preferred I just threw up all over the room.

The good news is the doctor, Christopher was very friendly and he told me what he thought was going on and was very sympathetic. There was also another female RN who was friendly and understanding as well. They gave me some fluids and prescribed me a medicine for nausea and gave me guidance on how to treat my flu.

On one hand I empathize because being an RN must be draining with the people you have to deal with and the things you see, but when you are struggling and in pain and just want help, the last thing you want is to be treated like you are not worth their time.

Everyone was very kind and patient. Because I was first seen at an Urgent Care, and the PA called to alert them that I would be coming right in, the receptionist at the front desk greeted me and immediately showed me to my room in ER. The Resident was very kind and patient. The ER doctor came in to see me. Both let me know what my plan of care would be. The nurses were knowledgable, warm, and caring while caring for me. I would highly recommend this ER. It was first rate.

Received very thorough attention from Dr. Michael Sullivan and Nurse DKM. After I was given several tests, Dr. Sullivan provided me with extensive information and took the time to have an informed conversation with me about my issues and answered my questions in detail. He also gave me a good deal of useful printed info upon discharge. Very satisfying experience. BTW, the "paperwork" consisted of a series of digital screens and scans of my IDs which were surprisingly easy to navigate.

I broke my arm and received care at your SW ED-They brought me back immediately, they explained everything they were doing and the plan for my care. They reset the arm while I was there (a procedure I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy) as barrable as possible with sedation drugs. They saw me at my worst and were kind and respectful. I also want to say an extra thank you to my nurse (I am so sorry I don't remember your name) when I called back after I left and told you that my husband lost my wedding ring there. You searched for it and enlisted the security guards help and giving a huge thank you to him as he went out in the dark with a flashlight and miraculously found it in your parking lot. So often as a health care worker we only hear the bad reviews. But I wanted you all to know how grateful I am to you all. You guys went above and beyond. thank you again

Seems everytime family and I end up going here it's not ever professional. This time came in for my daughter. Not very personable. No eye contact treated us like we were just nothing. Kinda rude. No information as to what is going on. No updates. No compation treated us like We weren't people. Last time came in for my husband for a heart attack and misdiagnosed twice while having heart attack. Do not come here for help. The only thing they seem to get right on the ball for is billing info. No compation...

I wouldn't waste my time going back here again. I felt like it was a money grab to do as many unnecessary tests and procedures as possible with little or no effort going towards addressing the original complaint. If you have a serious enough concern to go to an emergency room go to a real hospital. I left with no better answers than I came in with and no improvement in condition.

UPDATE: I just received my bill from Health One. For a completely worthless visit with unnecessary tests and no assistance with the condition I came in for they billed over 15k!!!! The chest xray that they took for a gastrointestinal complaint was billed as out of network.

Horrible doctor experience. Dr. Hogan didn’t hear me and did not listen. I came in as a last resort with TMJ pain. He wanted to prescribe me medicine that I vocalized and said didn’t help and was already prescribed. I was denied help and care and left with no plan of help, i left in pain and with an anxiety attack. He made me feel small and hopeless. Please self advocate for yourself.
