I went to the ER bc I am 21 weeks pregnant and I started bleeding. When I got there the ER doctor a woman was asking me all kinds of questions. She had me wait about 2 hours for an ultrasound tech. When the ultrasound tech came in she smelled like she had been drinking and smoking. My husband and I both smelled it and became uncomfortable. The ER nurse told me I had dilated but the ultrasound tech said I had not.

We felt very uncomfortable and disappointed and we checked myself out and went to my actual OB in clear lake. She said everything was fine and I just needed rest. She said I never dilated, I just had some minor bleeding due to my cervix.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HCA

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER PATIENTS

What a horrible service I can’t believe I walked in I felt like pressure on my heart I wanted to see a doctor the attitude I received when I walked in from the lady at the front desk was so bad , I had to leave which is sad because I live nearby

I try to speak with someone else she ignored my request and was very rude and I also asked her for her name no answer

It’s sad to see such a big emergency room in very decent area with horrible service

I went in one night after work after being turned away from another facility (due to insurance coverage problem) OMG the staff that worked with me were amazing, everyone I encountered from the lady at the front desk, the nurse that took care of me (i think her name was (CEF) cecilia but I could be wrong), the Dr that took care of me Dr Healey to the x ray tech who was awesome as well.
They took me right in, asked what was going on and I explained, and they wasted no time going right into action and evaluating and explaining everything the entire way through. I feel they were thorough in their test and exams and very thorough in explaining what they found and what they thought. they answered all my questions and made sure i understood everything and was doing ok. You never feel "good" about a trip to the emergency room, however they truly made me feel good being there and I honestly felt I was in good hands and well taken care of.
Hopefully I wouldn't have to go back, however if I ever had a need to go back, this facility would be my preference.

Everyone very attentive and was seen and treated with courtesy. MRI of head since I had had a fall and cuts were attended to in proper time. I was allowed to go home after was determined I was alright to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience. They must be incentivizing reviews because this place is anything but professional. If you’re a person of color, look elsewhere. You are neither welcome there nor will you be treated with compassion or empathy. The rude, short gremlin who runs the facility will barely listen to you before showing you the door. And don’t have any questions about your discharge papers which will be riddled with inaccuracies. Imagine catching an attitude because a patient has questions about what’s being documented in THEIR medical history. If I could give this experience negative stars, I would. Shame on these crooks.

Very clean emergency care facility. They get you in quick and efficient. The front desk staff is very friendly. My nurse Courtney was amazing! My doctor Dr. Garza was very knowledgeable and had exceptional bed side manner. Overall I had a 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first visit to this location, not my first to HCA. They were absolutely amazing. All staff was compassionate and fully listened. One of the absolute most caring ER experiences I have ever received. Dr. Garza was amazing. That man has a good heart and so much knowledge. Hopefully I won't see them again for some time, but if I ever need it I know I'm in good hands.

Hillary was amazing staff and super sweet and thorough. The staff tonight absolutely helped me feel safe and at home; even making sure to cross out my dead name on my medical folder I'm taking home. I never felt more cared for and comfortable . I went in with my first severe allergic reaction and just said "help me" and they did! It was spectacular & the nurses are deserving of every praise. Dr. Lovett was super amazing and made sure to help ease my anxiety, until she had to go home. Lovely place and lovely people.
