Girlfriend checked in at 9:20 PM on a Monday 2/10. Slow response with over 5 nurses and 1 Dr. total of 2 patients in facility, including us.

I, the boyfriend, arrived at 11. After waiting 40 min for Dr to explain what’s been done, discovered and any diagnoses they were a no show. None of the 3 nurses I asked would give me any information. Girlfriend was on a IV and had been given morphine for pain so unable to coherently share what had been done/discovered.

Since there was no information given I asked to be discharged. The 5 nurses sitting around at nurses station simply sat there and did nothing. So I repeated that we need to be discharged. The response by the apparent head nurse was call security because nobody ‘talks’ that way when we’re sitting on our asses chatting about whatever. I therefore called 911 to request police to come. This got them moving. The security officer was off duty Precinct 4 Constable, K Ratcliffe, and she was very professional and helped them focus and move along with purpose.

Don’t go here unless it’s a very minor incident. The staff clearly don’t care, are ‘bothered’ if asked to do something and seem basically incompetent. Upon discharge they refused to provide medications received and copy of cat scan.

Fortunately I asked the male nurse named Theo, I think, what medications and dosages had she received while he was checking on her earlier. He was the ONLY helpful nurse. The rest are in the wrong profession - they have ZERO empathy - it’s clearly ALL about them . Never saw the Dr after over a hour and only a total of 2 patients at the facility.

Finally discharged after 25 min but REFUSED to provide paperwork on medications given. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I came in last night around 9 with a stomach bug/food poisoning and did not leave until after midnight. My blood pressure and temperature were checked and I completed 3 tests where I was never told the results. I told a nurse I had taken Tylenol about an hour before arriving and yet another nurse came into the room to try to give me Tylenol despite me already sharing I’d taken some. Mind you, I’m pregnant! I then waited 2 hours to get an ultrasound where I did not get to see or hear how the baby was looking despite being concerned since food poisoning can harm a baby. My daughter was exhausted and it took me asking the nurses and doctors on duty why I have yet to get any results after 3 hours. They all just looked at each other in silence before the doctor suddenly had my ultrasound results and I was fine and could go home. That I likely just “had a cold.” Again, I came in for food poisoning symptoms, not a cold. I was given paperwork about bronchitis which I found random and unrelated to why I was there.

I typically enjoy my experience when I come to this facility where I’m treated with quick answers, results, and clear communication. It’s disappointing to see that the experience has changed so drastically.

Was told by the Dr to let my 18 month old baby to let his “COLD” run its course he’ll be fine and later that night my baby was barely breathing and been in PICU ever since I wouldn’t recommend nondescript that don’t take a parent concern seriously

Had to come to ER early in the morning and the staffs were very nice and helpful. I was there for awhile but the nurses 👩🏻‍⚕️ and doctors frequently visited me and checked on my condition which made me smile and get encouraged. It’s a nice facility to remember once the emergency happens to your loved one although I hope that emergency won’t happen…
Get this place in your check list just in case! They are supper supportive! Appreciation to the facility and staffs there! Cheers 🥂

Located very conveniently next to my apartments complex. Excellent service excellent location and very very professional staff i had to go there with my sister in law due to her condition for a urgent care it was really very close and free standing urgent care clinic with Ample parking and even Ambulance facilities were offered with this facility. The staff including receptionist was very humble very friendly and very professional they took care of her right away and within few hours she was discharged after initial treatment. Really worthy location for urgent care. Cleanliness was appropriate and even we were offered water and sodas.

Had me in and out in now time! Waiting time was less than 5 minutes! Doctor was thorough kind and answer all my questions. As well as the nurses.

I thought it was going to be a bad experience but I was wrong I had a bad experience on the ER but on Memorial Herman on the past on my first time in the Hospital. So when I arrived here at the HCC ER they put me in quick not even 5 minutes because I couldn't breathe something that never happened to me before the first nurse was seems tired I think she was almost done with her shift because I never saw her again thru the night and all she wanted probably was just to go home but then I got this nurse male named Ryan that all I can say is that he is my life saver Ryan if you read this thank you so much, I owe you my life because honestly I felt like I was dieing you are amazing on what you do and hopefully you get a raise or get promoted one day also Nancy the radiologists was on point very helpful she made feel very comfortable because she is bilingual and help me step by step to find out that I was diagnosed with critical pneumonia on both of my lungs something that I don't wish to nobody if feels horrible that I end up going transfered to the hospital on north cypress that night to spend 3 days there for the first time, but thanks to Ryan once again everything came out great he got me an ambulance to come to get me and take me straight up to the room at the Hospital Ryan never gonna finish telling you thank you for you care 🙏 well I wanted to share my experience here at this ER keep the good work and for sure if I get sick again I know where to go. 100 % recommended and feel safe if you get Ryan lol but thanks to everyone that works there keep that place up.

Came in with my 2 day old baby, because he had a rash on his whole body. I arrived at 8pm and waited 4 hours and he wasn’t seen. Spoke to the nurse in charge and her only answer was that his vitals were ok when he arrived. I believe she and staff could care less about children, they should prioritize newborns and take consideration that allergies are very delicate specially on little babies. Her only resolution was to check his vitals again after 4 hours there waiting. That nurse and the other lady in charge made a very disrespectful face expression, like what I was saying isn’t important, it made me feel like my complaint was not heard and it didn’t have any value or importance. Do not ever take your kids to that ER
