What a very negative experience I just received at the HCA Houston ER in Cypress. The nurse was rude and condescending as well as Dr.Henderson. The Dehumanizing treatment and snide remarks from Dr. Henderson is what I received, completely unacceptable! especially when I am seeking help during a vulnerable time. I assumed
It's important for healthcare providers to show empathy and respect to all patients, but I guess not the staff at this ER failed to provide adequate care and support.
I deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion. And they failed HORRIBLY. As I’m waiting on my Uber I step back in to get the doctors name and exercise my right to file a formal complaint and the very ugly acting nurse threatened to call security on me

I was pleasantly surprised that I was admitted almost immediately rather than having to complete paperwork. My medical needs were seen to first and then I was able to complete the necessary paperwork via online. The entire staff was professional, understanding and courteous. Not that I ever want to return to an emergency room but, if the situation presented itself, I would comfort and confidence in choosing HCA Houston ER 24/7-Cypress/FM 1960.

I went to the ER with excruciating stomach pains. I was attended to almost immediately after registration and medical Care was given in short order. Front desk staff, Nurses and the Doctor was very professional, empathetic and made me feel very comfortable and less nervous about my medical situation. Whenever I'm fully recovered I will visit to personally Thank the staff for going above and beyond when I was helpless and needed them the most. Environment was very clean.

My experience at the ER was very good. I was in terrible pain. Everyone was patient and I got served real quickly and professionally they did a very good job of taking care of me there. Thank you very much and kudos to all doctors and staff.🙏🏾

Had to go a couple times. Never had to wait when I've gone and the nurses have been great. I sincerely appreciated the nurse who reminded the other nurse that I may not be able to sit still for vitals because of the pain. I really couldn't.
Definitely recommend this ER, every experience has been overall positive and they deserve your business.

1/28/25, I decided to go to the ER after being in pain for almost 6 months , I’ve been having a back pain and my day revolves around that every moment of my life , I had a baby a year ago and after that I started feeling back pain and slowly it’s become something so hard to manage, I’ve ignored for the longest but today I woke up with excruciating pain drove to my nearest ER hospital, which was Methodist but as soon as I enter the ER, it was full of people and I felt like I wasn’t going to be important and it was probably gonna take all day just to take a look at me so I left and I saw this emergency ER near my house I walked in the girl in the front desk was very nice and I was taken to the back in maybe 5 to 10 minutes from my arrival, everything was so quickly. Everybody was so nice. They listen to me. They took their time to explain what was going on with me. They gave me medication and I am beyond grateful because for the first time in a long time I do not feel pain on my lower back and Dr. Liam was very nice and he took his time to explain what might be wrong with me and they made sure they gave me information to follow up to take care of my chronic pain.. I could cry of joy because this back pain without noticing it has been limiting my life and even if it’s for a day of no pain thanks to the medication i’m beyond grateful again thank you Dr. Lim , nurse KJE and to the other staff you guys definitely deserve 5 stars or even more if I could

Not sure where to take my son with a sprained ankle I think I picked the right place. We were greeted quickly and in no time we're we being attended. Nurse Christy was the best and very helpful as I haven't had to attend an ER. The whole staff came together and we were out of there feeling satisfied.
