Great help for my son , the physician Dr. Rodriguez took his time to explain and answer everything we needed to know. Great people ! I also left my glasses in the room & a medial professional ran outside giving them to me . So thankful for services. Also , everything was clean inside the room and bathroom. Thanks for your great service!

Dr. Kim,

This is for you. When a patient comes in with a medical concern you do not laugh at them and tell them it’s just a cold after testing negative for labs and you do not interrupt someone in the middle of telling you about their symptoms for a phone call. What you did was unprofessional and made me feel like I could go somewhere else for better help. Brushing off someone who’s there concerned about their health is not okay and the facility was not cleanly on top of the disrespect. I will include pictures.
Trash left behind, hair all over the equipment wheels ( I don’t care if it’s normal you’re a health facility act like one) and no paper dressing on the bed not even a clean sheet. I will not be coming back here. Just want to inform the public on how you treat your patients. Regardless if you feel like laughing at a patient is light hearted. No one laughed with you. Read the room.

Came in from suffering 4 weeks with bronchitus. I should not have postponed treatment so long. The staff was very attentative and supportive. They assessed me promptly, provided a CAT scan and breathing treatment onsite with minimal delay. My treatment plan with the attending physician was not rushed and was thorough. I recovered in 10 days following the treatment plan. Moral of the story: don't wait four weeks before seeking treatment...not smart.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars i would !
Then i get billed a whole year later separate saying the doctor is billing me ! And i have 2 insurances for my child ! DONT TAKE YOUR SELF OR YOUR KIDS HERE
Save ur time and go to another er they never say doctors bill separately! They will send you a bill a whole year later !

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would!!!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND SCAM!!! I SINCERELY REGRET going here and I do NOT recommend this place at all!!! VERY EXPENSIVE FOR BASIC, MINIMAL, AND SLOW SERVICE!!!! They charged me 3 separate bills months apart without telling me that doctors bill separately. If I would’ve known I was going to get charged 3 separate EXPENSIVE bills I would have NEVER even stepped foot in the building!!!! It seems like they charge you for just stepping foot in the building!!! This place is highway robbery!! Horrible horrible horrible!!

It appears that the phone numbers that the “owner” responds to on the negative reviews don’t work! I’m convinced that this company just posts phone numbers on the negative reviews to make it seem like they care when in reality they don’t because I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone and NO ONE EVER RESPONDS!! This company and place is a JOKE AND A SCAM and should be avoided!!!!

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Dr Lucas and the nurse were completely useless. Didn’t listen to my previous medical history and were shocked when nothing was found on xray ( I came in for a bad fall and was having lower back pain ) and I told them I have a history of back problems and herniated discs. I wasn’t shocked when nothing came back on xray. The Dr walked in and said very casually that nothing was broken and I’m good to go. Mind you I could barely walk in there let alone drive. I was in absolute tears. I walked into the building in pain and walked out the same yet they made a hefty profit billing insurance and not trying to resolve my issue or even do anything to make the pain more tolerable. I’m a mom of 8 and can’t afford to be bed ridden but seems that’s ok with Dr Lucas and his staff.
