I was having acute pain in the middle left side of my abdomen. So, my mom helped me go to the emergency room at HCA. Dr. Kammel was very friendly and funny, and took my mind off the pain I was feeling. He quickly assessed the location of my pain and ordered me to have a CT scan and x-ray to the area. The nurses, Stephanie and Deb ran my blood pressure and heart rate and hooked me up to an IV. Then, I saw Kathy for the CT scan and the x-ray. They were all so helpful to me while I was moaning from the pain. Once they looked at everything, Dr. Kammel concluded that it was a kidney stone in my ureter. He told me about the medications to eliminate the kidney stone and where to go for a urologist. Then, Stephanie gave me saline fluids in my IV and some morphine for the pain. I had an exceptional experience at HCA and will recommend them to everyone I know.

went today and was not pleased. the staffs not friendly at all and no one was at the front desk for about 15 or so minutes of me being there, so if I was in dire need of medical attention, I would not have been helped within an adequate time. i felt rushed when explaining my symptoms, no one seemed to care and also please take note of the extremely long wait. overall, would not recommend or go back. unfortunately, due to health issues, i have been to ER’s more times than i’d like to admit for my age and this has been one of the least pleasant experiences.

This is my favorite place to get an x-ray or scan! Front desk check-in is fast and so nice! Technicians are also very nice and knowledgeable!!! I always go here!

The morning of Christmas Eve I had a swelling face and got treated quickly. Very nice a caring staff. Glad to say I am fine now.

We were told to report at 4pm but there was no receptionist on duty. The technician finally escorted us to the appointment at 4:30. She was great but I can’t say anything good about the front desk.

I had an MRI and Cat scan. The MRI went well. The CAT scan did not because it was with contrast. It took six times and three nurses to get the vein. Everyone was very helpful.

Everyone was very polite and accommodating.My only complaint was they scheduled my CT and My MRI to far apart ,I had to wait for awhile between the two.
