By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in an ER facility and with any doctor. I visited the ER on 3/15/24 due to my blood sugar being over 400.

Dr. He (who is a female) didn’t even attempt to treat me. She didn’t give any medication whatsoever and the way she spoke to me was completely without empathy and she was very successful in making me feel she didn’t care not one bit. She was very clear in letting me know that I shouldn’t have ever even showed up at the ER.

She didn’t administer one single medication. She was not helpful in the least bit when I asked questions regarding at home treatment; and when I asked her if she was going to do anything to treat me, she responded with an adamant NO and then began to tell me the textbook definition of the ER.

I’ve never felt so disrespected and disappointed in a doctor - ever. She spent about 2 minutes or less with me the whole time I was in the ER and when I asked her questions, she made me feel like a complete idiot for not knowing the answers.

Dr He and the way I was treated by her, single-handedly is one of the reasons I am so hesitant to go to or to trust doctors. She made me feel that she simply didn’t care - at all and it was *very* clear. Her bedside manners were nonexistent. I will never come back to this place. Her treatment or lack thereof was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I left that Emergency Room with the same heightened fear and in the same untreated condition as when I walked through their doors to receive treatment; which to me is unacceptable. I’m sure I’ll receive a standard “call us” to correct it response to this review when there is actually no desire to rectify the situation at all. This was a disgusting experience. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this place nor Dr He.

Awful! If I could give it zero stars, I would. And really this only goes for the “doctor” that saw me. The nurses were nice and had way better bedside manner. I came in for abdominal pain. I legit look 5 months pregnant right now. I’m cramping and have sharp pains. They did a CatScan, urine test and blood test. “Doctor” came back in and said everything was completely normal. I’m showing no stools, no gas, no pregnancy, all organs are accounted for, intestines look good, nothing is wrong with me. I asked him why my stomach was so big and I had sharp pains? He said (and I quote verbatim!) “I have no idea. Tests show you’re normal. Maybe you’ve gained weight.” My jaw hit the floor. I’m still in shock those words actually came out of his mouth. I’ll never be stepping foot in there again. $250 waisted and I get to go drop more money on a second opinion tomorrow. Thanks “DOC”!

I initially was reluctant about going to this ER based on the reviews but was experiencing sudden chest pains and this was the closest. I received excellent care! The nurse Amanda took me back right away and began taking vitals and asking questions about symptoms. I saw Dr. Patel and the staff was caring and compassionate. They performed the necessary tests and provided next steps for care/treatment options. The doctor even called a couple of days later to check on me and see how I was feeling. Based on my experience, I’d recommend.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could! As soon as you walk in they let you know they can’t see you but mention it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in health care, they all seem like they don’t want to be there much less do their job! What happened to the healthcare providers that actually like to help people! I came here because my doctors office was closed and was told to go to the ER then I come here and they tell me I should go see my doctor because it’s not an emergency. I needed up having the flu! Imagine if I would have left how many people I would have made contact with and infected not knowing it was actually a contagious sickness! This place should close down or get better employees! This is not the way to treat people! I should add that while sitting in the waiting they encouraged like 3 people to go home, people with serious pain. One lady walked in saying her daughter was having severe chest pains and they told her not to get her off the car but to go to memorial Herman down 290!?! What if she died on the way there!?! And they neglected her!!! This is not acceptable service at all!!

Would leave less than one star if I could. Room was dirty and the "nurses" were laughing on the phone and with each other while the machines in our room beeped for attention. The bed said it hadn't been inspected in five years.

Highly not recommended. Nothing was done and they attempted to transport him to the hospital for misdiagnosis. They stated my father-in-law had multiple issues and pneumonia. We saw the pulmonologist today and she said he does not have pneumonia. One of the nurses there was very nice and professional, the other one and the doctor I have no comment. I would stay away from HCA!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Waited 40 mins in the lobby after checking in on the kiosk. No nurse or staff ever came out. A doctor showed up and had to bang on the door for 15 mins and still wasn’t let back. Watched her call the nurses station to ask a nurse to let her in. Realized at that point we were never going to be checked on or called back. After sitting here in pain for 40 mins we decided to leave and went to Fairfield Emergency room instead. They checked us in and took us back in two minutes. We would have sat here for hours if we had stayed.
