When I was ICU room .I remember nurse Jason had a colorful book in his hand and he held it out in front of me. asked what was going on in the book, I answered: "The boy kicked the wall and the rabbit ran out in fear when I answered those questions. Jadon was very happy because I answered the questions he asked. asked me. He called my Vietnamese name." in a very cute American accent: "Như, squeeze my finger hard", "Lift your foot and touch my hand". He kept asking me the usual questions to keep my brain active. I felt like I was going to kindergarten with beautiful, handsome teachers, but at that time I didn't know. The doctors and nurses had to work hard and face pressure to save my life and minimize the risks as much as possible. Help me recover quickly. I am grateful and thankful to the doctors and nurses who made the most of the day. Take advantage of the golden time. Time saved my life and helped me recover quickly. Thank you everyone that day for being by my side in times of danger and helping me in times of difficulty. You are heroes in times of peace. When I was in the emergency room. Jason installed a tube to help me urinate more easily, but he was very psychological and asked a nurse, Jennifer, to come and attach it to help me urinate more easily. About 20 minutes later, I peed my pants and called him: "Jason I peed and he came to me. He said have you peed yet?" I answered: I peed, and he said That's good. I'm really embarrassed that I peed my pants. He came to me with clothes and wipes. Then I took the wipes and wiped the wet area, but my weak body couldn't wipe it off Jason cleaned up my pee. Jason and keith changed me into new clothes. Sometimes Jason put his finger on his nose and asked me: “Nhuhow many fingers does he have on his nose? I replied: "Your nose is so beautiful." was very polite and replied: "Thank you." It seems that the nurses here understand that when patients are sick, their bodies are in a lot of pain, so when taking blood they take it very gently Thank you for caring and taking care of me like I do is your sister. The hospital is not only proud to have beautiful and handsome nurses but also proud to have talented and dedicated nurses like you. I don't know what to say other than thank you Thank you to the nurses and doctors in the ICU that day and the First Flyteam who were by my side and helped me in those dangerous moments. I thank you and am very grateful. I feel like I was born a second time in America. This story will be spread so that everyone knows that America is not only good at economics and medicine but also has a humanitarian heart to save people. I like Jason, keith, kevin, jenifer. While I was in the emergency room, a woman came in to pray for me: I remember her saying, "God will bless you and heal you" and she asked me to say, "amen." Now I thank you for your help and prayers. I am much better. Today my left hand has recovered well and can hold everything. The hospital promptly sent a helicopter to pick me up on time, so even though I had a stroke, today I have no serious complications, my arms can lift everything. And walk normally. Jason, Keith, Kevin. You guys deserve to have 10 sincere lovers 😊I would like to thank and be grateful to everyone who has helped me. After I returned home, the hospital sent a nurse and a physical therapist to check my health at home. Thank you to the hospital board of directors for taking care of me and helping me so my health is recovering very well. You are wonderful people. I don't know what to say other than thank you from the bottom of my heart to you and the hospital board of directors and everyone at the hospital and the nurses and housekeepers in room D815.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an awesome experience here and with the ER at that. I had rolled my ankle so l showed up to the ER. They had me sign in, and right after I did, the nurse called me in for my triage. After the triage, I sat down and waited. After being there for a total of maybe 10-15 mins I was called back to a room. The nurse practitioner immediately came in and got my info and ordered the x-ray. Waiting for the x-ray to get to my room was probably the longest part, as I waited for about 30 mins. They came, took their pictures and then I only waited 15-20 mins for the results to show! Nurse practitioner came in and told me I sprained my ankle. They immediately brought the items needed to take home with me (boot, crutches, etc). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never had such a good experience at an ER! I prob spent 2 hours here at most when usually it's at least 4!

Absolutely disgusted with the logistical flow of this ER. Huge hospital and we've now been in the waiting room for 7 hours after being told to go in from a Dr that performed surgery. My wife is in a lot of post surgery pain and no one has an ounce of urgency IN THE ER. Had vitals taken twice, people getting IVs in the waiting room. DISGUSTED

The nurse who cared for me pushed iv fluids with a blood pressure cuff to get me out faster although she stated i wasn't severely dehydrated. I went home with a swollen face and have had the worst headache of my life for days and high blood pressure, it's typically on the low side. Worst care ive ever had i wouldn't send a dog here. When I called the charge nurse Stephanie and told her what happened asking for the nurse's name, she said I could take a survey if I was bothered by what happened to me.

This hospital has gone downhill! Growing up in town, this was the hospital we wanted to go to if something was wrong. Yesterday, my grandmother was taken to the hospital with severe pain and sudden difficulty walking. For an active person, this was very concerning. She arrived to the ER shortly after 7 AM, and everything was extremely slow. Her nurse was kind, but slow. Had a difficult time getting an IV and stuck her multiple times without success, instead of asking someone else to attempt. Her pain was not controlled. Blood work and imaging took an insane amount of time, to result.. and while waiting there for 8+ hours, the updates were few and far between.. She was discharged ached 3PM, with just as many questions as when she arrived.

Privacy-GONE, patients are in a "group" waiting room after a 10 min triage and phys evaluation. Wait with other sick people, forgotten to be taken for a CT SCAN, then discharged with 10 people listening to your diagnosis. Definitely HIPAA violations, least possible treatment (if that is treatment). Go to Holmes ER if you need nothing because that is what you will get. Fyi: I worked as a consultant in hospitals for 20 years across all parts of the US and NEVER experienced the lack of privacy as at Holmes. The discharge conversation, not sure if they were even a nurse, even said "read this, I don't want to say it too loud." This is the worst I have seen as a consultant or experienced as first hand patient care. RUN AWAY!

I just got out of the worst hospital in the whole USA.We left upset without them attending to my mother. There were calling people before my mother and they arrived after my mother and we were waiting for more than three hours and my mother was crying from the pain and they weren't even able to ask how they could help her or give her something for the pain.

After hours and hours of waiting, so called doctor was rude and unprofessional, basically blaming me for coming in ER with back injury. Total nonsense. Nurses were great though.
