Went to the emergency room with swelling from a leg injury. I received immediate care, including an ultrasound, with a quick diagnosis and recovery plan. Everyone, especially Dr Irving, was skilled, professional and caring. Dr Irving even called later in the day to check on me. Highly recommended!

I had a medical emergency. I was seen here and taken here by ambulance. No insurance card at the time. Treatment itself was perfectly fine however your guys medical records and financial department are a joke. Tell me how I called financial first and was told "no one in the hospital could tell me the name of the ambulance that brought me there". I was like OK? Well you guys are the only ones who know it and how am I supposed to make sure my ambulance bill is paid now? Lady said she can't help and I oughta call every EMS in the county to figure it out. Called back after talking to my aunt who was a nurse and my aunt said the lady was lying cause the hospital would have to have record of this somewhere. I then called the record department and was told once again they can't tell me the name of the ambulance who picked me up. I said you guys are the only one who know, and this is impossible and incompetent if no one knows what ambulance I was brought in. She put me on hold and then shortly after was able to provide me the name of the ambulance. How lazy do you have to be to care so little about your job you are willing to completely disregard a patients question that only takes minutes to answer. Heartless and pathetic with zero empathy and once more above all else LAZY. Get out of health care if you don't care about humans.

Front staff and nurse were fine. Got in quickly. The doctor was entirely apathetic. Denied that I had what I think I have. .Shrugged when I asked him what else might produce the symptoms I experienced. Sent me home in pain without a word of additional advice or even otc treatment.

Have been here before with a family member and their treatment was much worse.

Fortunately not a real emergency. Would have gone to urgent care but there isn't one here. 2 days until the Dr's office opens.

Ended up in the ER on vacation. The visit was fast, never could I get in and out of an ER in 2 hours at home for the same issue. I was treated by a physician, Dr. Miller, he was thorough, kind, and caring. All the staff were friendly and professional. As much as I think rating healthcare is ridiculous, your team did great.

I went to the ER on direct orders from my PCP. I was told with my BP as high as it was I needed to be seen in the ER immediately. Upon entering the facility I went to check in and they asked me a few questions. Some of those pertaining directly to heart problems. I had been having pains in my arm, my chest and back. My BP was high. I was told by the check-in attendant that I should take a seat. I waited twenty minutes for someone to come and get me. During that time, the check-in lady said they are swamped. However I was the only person in the waiting room. When being walked back to my room to be check out I didn't notice anyone being there or any type of emergency going on. In fact I witnessed lots of people sitting around just reading the paper or on a computer. A very relaxed atmosphere. The lady asked if I had been given the privacy policy at the check-in desk. Then said to take a seat and asked me a few questions before telling me someone would be in to see me soon. The nurse showed up about 10 minutes later. She asked me what brought me to the ER. I explained that my BP was high (I have a home monitor) and that my PCP directed me to go to the ER. I then proceeded to explain my symptoms. High BP, pain in my left arm, pain in my chest, pain in my back, dizziness, lightheaded, having trouble with my balance. She proceeded to take my vitals. I had a high BP at that time. After taking my vitals she said she would go consult with the Dr. on call in the ER. About 10 minutes later she brought some equipment in and ran some tests to check/monitor my symptoms. Awards she took the results to the Dr.. She came back and had me take an aspirin. Then she said she would be back after talking with the Dr. some more. At this time I was left to just wait in the room. No information or feedback. After some time had passed (about a half an hour) the nurse came back and said that the Dr. said everything looked good and that I should go ahead and go home. She said that 189/99 was not a "high blood pressure reading" and that I needed to stop checking my BP at home and in fact stop worrying about it all together. Just put my BP problems out of my mind. It would probably help me a lot and my BP problems would just "go away". I was taken aback at the comments and instructions I was given. She then said she would be back and have some paperwork for me to sign. The Dr. said to discharge me and to go home. If I had more problems I could come back, but again, stop worrying about my BP so much. During this visit I NEVER saw the Dr. at all. It was just a nurse who treated me. This was not the first time I experienced a bad visit here. This has happened numerous times. I will NEVER visit this ER unless it is the last option available to me! I do not trust the practices of this ER at all. Patient BEWARE!

My friend crashed on his mountain bike he road it to the ER and they barely stitched up a gash by his eye and didn't clean up any other of his wounds. They discharged him after 3 hours to me looking like this. I had to help scrub his wounds clean and bandage them up.p
