I was just in the ER with extreme anxiety and heart problems. No one seemed to care. This staff had people cussing at them and throwing things at them while I had my blood pressure taken. I was very upset and struggling. Once they took me in back I was seen buy a young man. His presence immediately dropped my blood pressure and calmed me. He was a true blessing and was very pleasant and genuinely cared for me. Thanks for caring for a stranger young man. I don't know your name but I will never forget you. You will go far in life with a heart like yours kid. Much love

Nurses sucked, doctor sucked, front staff sucked. They all stare at you as you explain your pain, and then expect you to do things that you just explained limits your mobility to achieve those requirements. They truly don’t help you here.

The front staff, security and the doctor were very nice and helpful. My low rating is for the snappy attitude having male nurse. I understand your job is high stress level but I'm there for a concern for my son and would like to be treated respectfully. Maybe he realized and helped us wait in the room with the doctor but I cannot help but feel frustrated. Please take your mandatory breaks and PTO as needed so you can relax.

Best experience we could have hoped for, in light of the circumstances. I thought it would be important to leave a review because I know that people usually only take the time to write about a negative experience, and rarely a positive one. My 1.5 year old toddler got a dislocated elbow while playing in a bouncy castle and we immediately rushed over to the nearest emergency - Hemet Hospital. He was screaming and in pain and I was worried about what the treatment would be for a dislocated wrist/shoulder (we didn't know at the time that it was a common elbow dislocation that happens with small children). We arrived and immediately were checked-in, evaluated and sent in for x-ray and doctor examination. I was grateful the staff knew to prioritize a baby and we didn't have to wait at all. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses in the back room, the x-ray tech, the records lady, and the doctor himself, were all empathetic, kind, reassuring, efficient, knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner.  The nurse was so sweet and strategic when administering the pain medication to my fussy and crying boy. X-rays were taken right away and thankfully no bones appeared fractured. The doctor was able to pop my son's bone back into his socket at the elbow and he was good as new. This was our first (and hopefully our last!) ER visit for our active toddler and I am so incredibly thankful for all the staff at this hospital. What a great team. My boy was already smiling and clapping his hands on the drive home and running around playing and waving his arms as soon as we got home. Oh I also want to add how clean the ER was! This isn't something I normally notice, however, with all the negative Google reviews I tended to be more observant. From the ladies washroom to the backroom floor, the place was spotless!

These people are honestly the worst health care workers ever. I had a facial injury and I went in to just get a check up. They instructed me to go to the ER to see a doctor so I assumed that's also for minor injuries too. I was wrong, I waited for 3 hours and got 5 minutes worth of xrays done and a doctor who literally talked to me for 2 minutes saying I have no broken bones and was discharged. I got a bill of $900+ for the "equipment" used and another bill of $800+ for the "doctor service". The service of the doctor talking to me for 2 minutes cost over $800!? That is ridiculous. The billing company purposely makes the due date just enough days out to where you cannot dispute anything and was told $816 is the "standard" ER fee. All I wanted was a check up and they have the audacity to charge over $2k for nothing being done outside of the xray is amazingly stupid. Insurance said that the hospital has a contract to be able to charge high prices, regardless if something is done or not. The receptionists at the front will lure patients to the ER for just a headache so they can charge high rates for little service. It's sad to say, but I would rather die than to come to his medical group for treatment, because they will bleed me dry with the bill. If they can charge so much for nothing, imagine a serious injury. Deserves no stars. No health worker in that building cares about anyone's wellbeing, they just want the money and to send you off.

Worst care ever!!!! The employees there are rude and they have no customer service skills for patients. My fiance went in because we thought he broke his hip, and the doctors actually asked him why he was there instead of going to see his primary care. First off it was the holiday Thanksgiving weekend, so his primary care doctor was not even available... You're going to the ER for a reason the doctors and staff should be compassionate for the fact that you as a patient are scared you're not going just to go and hang out nobody wants to sit at an ER for 6 hours on a Saturday.. we will travel an extra 45 minutes just to go to the next ER next... If you actually want people who care don't take your family here

I was in hospital for infection and when my ride did not show up they gave me 2 gowns and a pair of shorts to put on and was escorted out by security guard and put out side to wait for my ride cause they needed my room for other people, BUT THERE WAS AT LEASE 4 OTHER ROOMS COMPLETELY EMPTY. NICE hospital on scale of 0-10 I will rate staff a 3 rude at times or just didn't care

If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is a death trap they keep you in the waiting room and you don't even get to see a doctor. If you are sick go to Temecula hospital where they will actually take care of you. Hemet valley hospital just deals with drug addicts. They forget about you there I was there for 12 hours just for a ultrasound that they didn't do right. For the love of God please don't go to this death trap go to a hospital that is actually good.
