This is the only ER I will go to or recommend. They get their patients in & out quickly which is the #1 reason I like them. I have Dementia & get panic attacks if I have to wait very long. They truly care about their patients. They actually listen to you & ask if you have any questions. You're treated in a friendly & professional manner. They're just awesome, period.

Hilcrest south of Tulsa Er is the worst I’ve ever been to . The staff is very very rude not only to me but my family as well unprofessional lack of privacy do not take proper protocols no concern what so ever to your health as to what your coming in for . Don’t ask what meds your on had wrong doctor on file had me in and out like an assembly line . I was referred by an urgent care doctor and the er doctor M Simpson pretty much blew my symptoms and diagnosis off did not hear anything I was telling her put the doctor down that I was telling her referred me no sympathy what so ever would not let someone come back with me I could go on and on I feel awful for the people that came in after me honestly the doctor there that night that saw me should not be working there and let go and as far as the er do nt waste your time I’m surprised that hospital isn’t shut down for the way they handle things and not taking peoples health seriously I would NOT put my family’s health in their hands ever.

I am just in awe if how poorly i was treated. I had a serious adverse reaction to a certain medication i just started taking for weight loss. I was all clinched up and couldn’t talk. The only thing i kept saying was help me because i had been vomiting for seven days straight and was severely dehydrated on top of everything else. There was a roomful of employees when i got there and i just kept saying please help me and it was dead silent the entire time. I finally was able to say why won’t anyone talk to me? Please help me. Not one response. They responded like robots with the “cookie cuter” ER protocol. Do every standard test and if nothing shows up they send u home. After giving me atavan the nurse said “ enjoy the van ride “ closed the curtain and i never saw her again. Really sad and really disappointing.

This is the least competent set of doctors I have ever encountered. I have come here multiple times and received terrible experience each time.

I came in after a wreck with a severe concussion. They gave me drugs and sent me out the door asleep with no referral or after treatment plan.

I came in again, two weeks after a covid infection with persisting diarriah. They tested me, and it came back negative and treated me for a headache before sending me out the door. I should have received treatment for the covid virus bonding to the ACE2 receptor in the GI tract or any anti-inflammatory medications like Mesalamine, but no.

Don't come here if you're dying, they'll treat a symptom and let you die.

I don't know how Hillcrest South ER has this low of a rating.? I've never had a life threatening emergency when I've come to this ER, but have always had excellent service and sooner than expected and I guess a lot of the general public just likes to effing complain. Doesn't anybody know when they've got it good enough these days?

Triage nurse Deb took great care of my daughter throughout her ER visit and got her fixed up in record time. Deb was kind and professional. Can't say enough wonderful things about Deb. Loved her! PA that saw her (Jackson?) was efficient and knowledgeable. Don't love going to the ER but if you have to go....go here.

They didn't care about me at all. I came in with chest pains and extreme heavy bleeding to the point I needed a transfusion. I was in severe pain. T Smith APRN-CNP not only did he not give me enough meds to stop the bleeding until the end of this month he then told me to use over the counter ibuprofen for the severe pain. Which means I'll end up going to the er again when I run out of meds that can potentially save my life or I'll need another blood transfusion.

I would do zero if I could. My wife has an airway emergency currently going on and we have been in the waiting room for 2 hours. They are literally treating people in the front lobby even though several have walked out of the back and left, they are not calling anybody else to the back. I feel as though there is some form of hippa violations going on here.
