Excellent care, quick and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr is awesome, so down to earth and treats children like little adults. He answers all their questions in a way that they understand and makes them feel included in their treatment. The front desk staff and nurses were great too! Will be taking all of my family there from now on!

I had to take my son to ICare Emergency Room, and the experience was excellent. Michelle at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Once we were brought into a room, Rachel, our nurse, truly stood out. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Her exceptional care made a stressful situation so much easier. My 11 month old son was having an allergic reaction to something he ate so we decided to take him to I Care because it was the closest place to our house. We walked in and they had us back in the patient room in just a couple minutes and were able to evaluate him and get him the treatment he needed. The staff was so friendly and caring! Honestly this is the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff and Dr. Abawi!

Everyone was so nice and the service definitely 5 star! The doctor talked to me like a friend helping a friend. The receptionist was soo sweet! Even took my 17 yr old phone and charged it 4 her. The 2 nurses laughed with me even tho I wasn't feeling great. And the charge nurse at the end sealed the deal. I got in and out in about 45 mins tops. I'm sure that might not happen if alot of people were there. I definitely recommend and will definitely go back!

I am amazed at all the staff here at iCare ER! From the moment we walked in until we left, my daughter was under the best care. It was the first time I really felt heard from a doctor. Dr. R listened and understood what my daughter was going through. He is an amazing doctor. All the nurses and staff took great care of her the whole time. You can tell that they all really care about treating their patients. EVERYONE went above and beyond!! I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience for my first time here. Front desk was very nice and so helpful, nurses and the drs were all professional and very knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly! I think it was less than an hour total. I’ve already recommended them to numerous people.

On a Friday afternoon, I took my daughter in for illness and she was able to be seen right away. The staff is so caring and supportive! I’m not sure how this one facility recruited two of the best doctors and two of the best nurses I’ve had the pleasure to interact with. Incredibly clean facility with great processes in place.
