I really wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately this isn’t the case. I took my son in because he hurt his arm playing . When we walked in we were greeted so kindly by the receptionist. They were quick to get my son back and the MA was kind and helpful as well. This is where things take a turn.. once the MA communicated that we were ready Dr.Gibson walked in, asked what happened, leaned over and just LOOKED at my sons arm. He looked at me and told me he was 99.9% sure that his arm was broken and that he would have to be sedated for an X-ray that would be over $1000 (we were cash pay patients). When I asked if he was going to be okay he cut me off and stated my son was NOT okay and walked out. The receptionist shortly came in and again gave us advice on where to go. After our visit here , we went to medical city frisco and turns out my son just had a sprained wrist. Now where I could’ve been out $300 I am now out thousands of dollars because Dr.Gibson wouldn’t give us the time to check him out. Please do yourself a favor and avoid going while Dr.Gibson is working. The rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal.

have been to this clinic several times. I am satisfied with the cleanliness and timely services of this clinic, but I did not have a good experience with the doctor named Leila . I was very sick. She examined me from a distance and did not prescribe any effective medicine. She said just go home and rest. Three days later I went to my doctor who diagnosed me with the flu and gave me some medicine and I felt better.

Staff was very thorough, kind, and caring. The process was very quick and they call you with your test results. When your sick make sure to go see them. They will give you the best care

Every visit has been pleasant. Ease of access to site, quick appointment booking, clean establishment, offers hot tea, coffee, and water in lobby. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors have all been very kind, professional, and proficient. Speed of service is phenomenal. Prescriptions are always ready for pick up at desired pharmacy almost immediately. Love that I can view lab results on patient portal and even ask for a school excuse if I had forgotten to in person.

Was having some abnormal chronic pain on my right rib area early in the morning that forced me to go make sure things were okay. I called the office at 6am and confirmed they were able to see me today and let me know that I can come by 7am and can get seen fairly quickly.

I was greeted by Abram as I checked in at the front desk, he was very nice and knowledgeable about the services requested. 3 minutes after checking in, my nurse, Scott came to take me back and get my vitals done. He was great and made me feel comfortable to explain my symptoms and was overall great. Shortly after, Dr Kumar was able to come and speak with me to figure out a diagnosis of what was going on. Once done, everyone was still very friendly and helpful to get me taken care of, even the medic! (I believe Cord was his name)

All I can say is that I had a wonderful visit with this team and would come back in an instant if needed again.

This was my first visit to iCare. Always dread these types of visits, but this was different for sure. Very effecient, friendly and clean. Maybe I got lucky, but on New Year's Eve day it was not crowded at all. The nurse and doctor (both men) were very compassionate and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a very short amount of time feeling well-cared for. Definitely will use them again, if needed.

The team here is phenomenal. I was treated with kindness, compassion and received excellent care. I drove about 45 minutes to come to this ER specifically because they are so consistent in their approach. The faculty is beautiful, and everyone from the check in desk to the nurse to the Dr. were wonderful and kindhearted.

I made an appointment online the night before and showed up on time. I had hit my baby toe twice in one week, in the same spot and I was in PAIN! I should have gone to Urgent Care after the first time but I changed my mind and figured it would heal in it's own and I could save money and just limp for a while. Well that didn't go as planned. I ended up with a broken toe. The wait wasn't bad since I was the first one there. I was taken care of quick and everyone was cordial and accommodating. The waiting room was clean, the ER room was clean and the receptionist was very nice. The whole process from signing paperwork, getting an X-ray, getting a boot and laying my copay was 45 mins. I am pleased. This was my first time visiting and I will go back. I passed up a CareNow to come here because I didn't know if my injury was going to end up ER worthy and I didn't want CareNow send me to an ER if that was the case, but I didn't think it was worth going to an ER. So I wanted to be in a facility that had both options, so I drove 10 miles to get there. So it was good to find out that my injury stayed Urgent Care and not transferred to ER status. Just know that they take major insurance and Care Credit, but do not take Medicare/Medicaid per Federal guidelines.
