I came in with a thunderclap headache, and they were very responsive to what was happening. They immediately took me back to get CT scan bloodwork and EKG all which came back very normal. I did have to wait over an hour to go back into the ER which they were very overwhelmed with it being December 30 which I know is a very busy time, but I was very much taken care of . All questions answered. They were very thorough with everything that they talk to me about. The doctor was excellent and very sweet and very kind. Everybody around me was very helpful if I needed something somebody would get it for me. Thank you for being wonderful and keeping me calm when I was upset and worried..

Had came in recently with a traumatic wound in my mouth, nasty. Well the man that sutured my face did such a great job, I need no plastic surgery, there is no scar, well not true small, he did the best suturing I have ever seen, my family and Dr. are impressed, I hope you see this dude, you are a good egg! Excellent suturing; when I go in, I'll get you a picture, surgeons would be jealous thank you dude.

I was traveling for work when I started to have an asthma attack at my VRBO near Leesburg. I came into the ER on a Friday night and the staff at Inova had me in and out in no time! They were professional, kind, and efficient. Nurse Genna was especially cool 🙂

Was required by law to stay in the psychiatric ward. Was about a week, but by far the worst experience of my life. They loaded me up on high doses of ssris, I could only sleep 3 hours MAX at night, I had to beg them to stop giving me a anti psychotic that was making me extremely dissociated. I've been through benzo withdrawal and somehow that was better than the hell they put me through here. My heart races just looking at the photos of this place.

From the moment I walked thru the emergency room doors, I was greeted by friendly, helpful people. My wait time was about a minute. The nurses and doctor Ramsey were all excellent, showed professionalism, care and compassion. We are fortunate to have this level of care in western Loudoun.

Just arrived and had to endure going through security screening 4 times because of car keys in my pocket, why would a hospital in beautiful Leesburg need 4 armed security guards in a tiny lobby?

I found out within 10 min, the doctors and nurses use them as bouncers to attack patients and throw them out after getting enough info to charge their insurance

I did not like this hospital. There was no wait and I was taken back almost immediately but it was not a nice atmosphere. One of the first things they told me was that their CT machine was down and that they wanted to send me to a different hospital… nice first impression. The one nurse, Corey was not very nice and did not have great bedside manner. Thankfully, he left for the night and I had Al, who was much nicer. I didn’t even see a doctor- I saw an NP, and she was nice but did not seem to listen to me at all. They were only focused on ruling out life threatening ailments and did not care about my pain. When my bloodwork and ultrasound came back clear, they discharged me without running any other tests and told me to follow up with primary care (when primary care sent me to the ER in the first place). Even though there was no wait, I do not recommend this place. I did not feel heard and honestly just felt like an annoyance to most of the staff there.
