I had the worst experience at this emergency room. The nurse, Juliette RN was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright brutal. Instead of providing care and support during a stressful situation, she made the entire experience unbearable. I was waiting for a long time and when I ask for help, she said If your heart is beating, and you’re still breeding then you’re OK. For a Nurse to say a sentence like that made me shocked
Her attitude was dismissive, and her behavior lacked any compassion or basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to encounter someone so ill-suited for a profession that demands empathy and understanding. I wouldn’t recommend this ER to anyone seeking proper care. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the hospital takes immediate action to address such unprofessional conduct.

Dr. Grant is a joke. For so many reasons, but number one being she touched my wound not only without gloves on, but with her trashy, very long fake nails. I don't think she can wear exam gloves to begin with, and I cannot see how those kind of nails are sanitary, especially on an infected wound. Support staff is incompetent and not shy about showing it. I was told by a nurse that she can only give a tenus injection in the patients right arm, because she's right handed! This was after they came running out of the treatment area because they forgot to give it, but I was already standing there waiting for the workers comp for.a they also forgot to give me. Unfortunately we don't get a lot of options when needing an emergency room or urgent care, but given the number of them in this area I would drive a little farther to anywhere but here.
*Update. Went to 'Patient First', waited for a while but lo and behold, Dr Grant was completely wrong, and after being diagnosed at the second facility, I let them know what happened with the first and they all had a good laugh at their expense.

Doctor was great! However the nurse practitioner working with me seemed very judgmental and made numerous faces of disdain while I was answering questions about why I was there. Felt like she either hated her job or was either racist or prejudice

Our 5 year old stuck something in her ear. As a parent, you panic, we were met with empathy and kindness by all staff.

Doctor Quint was really efficient and kept our daughter really calm while removing the object.

Overall great experience, we were seen in under 5min.

My wife had an excellent experience on Saturday evening at 7 pm. The nurses and doctor were very good. She previously had experience at hospital emergency rooms that were so busy that she was ignored. This place was not busy and we got fantastic personal care. We were there for an hour and out after an IV and some medication.

the front desk staff was great. the nurses and doctor belittled and rushed me through, despite being their only patient at the time. i was alone and nothing but nice and they were rude from the absolute start and unapologetically left me with more questions than answers about my condition; and an expensive bill. i have more compassion and respect for my veterinary patients on my busiest days than they had for me today and i don’t know why. i really regret going here. i learned nothing, was offered no help, and was rushed out feeling belittled, scared, and left with a huge bill. if you are seeking help, i cannot reccommend this place.

The front desk staff were very kind. But I was there for an XRay and the tech doing the XRay seemed like she couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I kept trying to ask questions for clarification and got little to no answers or clarity and was left with a number written on paper to call and feeling like she wanted me to hurry up and leave. No empathy, no compassion. I left there distraught. The sweet security offer sat with me while my dad got the car and gave me kind words of encouragement. Urgent Care treated me much better and gave me answers and a clear direction for next steps through my healing process for my injury.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about I just had the best experience I’ve ever had from an ER. I got seen right away when I came in with bad chest pain. Everyone there worked their hardest to make sure I was comfortable, the phlebotomist working there was so sweet and bloodwork was a breeze. I also commend the doctor on duty for being so patient and explaining my results to me in a way I could understand. That being said this is a pretty small emergency clinic so plan accordingly as they aren’t directly connected to the main hospital so intense testing CT scans /MRI can’t really be done there. 10/10 would recommend this place again for ER visits.
