It was a long day at the ER but they were thorough and on top of everything. My doctor was Mulberry and he was awesome, covered all the bases and got straight to the point. I believe my main nurse was Jody and Meri was my discharge nurse and they were wonderful.

Seen everyone complaining on here for lack of care and these comments from years ago. Nothing has changed at all, having to wait 4/5 hours just so sad. These people getting paid to come sit around and take care of 10/60 people a day and go to their homes because I’m convinced most people leave.

I have needed a tooth pulled for years but I couldn't afford Dental insurance. Terri Sterneker was my nurse today and she was very sweet! She checked on me and kept me informed, even gave me some water to help with my panic attacks. Dr. Murphy was amazing and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be having my tooth extracted tonight!! I am very grateful for these two wonderful women!

Worst experience I have had. My son has been brought in to the hospital here on Fort Riley and they don’t take anything seriously whatsoever. Do not waste your time going here. I wouldn’t trust any of the Army medics or civilian nurses to clean my ears out with a cotton swab if my life depended on it. If you ever get the urge to be mistreated or want bare minimum care, come to Irwin!

I don’t know why all the negatives reviews, I only have had good experiences so far. Yes, you might have to wait for an appointment but it is the same everywhere.

Lack of care completely. Expect to see a doc once for a 5 minutes. And be there waiting 4 or more hours with only 5 people ahead of you. And this is every single time. They are slower than molasses.

Visited the ER with family member presenting symptoms similar to the Corona. Came inside first to advise staff of the symptoms and check if there are additional measures to take in this case. One staff member appeared to be laughing. She picked up a box of masks and handed it over so I could give my family member. The staff should really take this seriously. Date of visit 03/10/20, 4 am CST

Since when does head injury less important then a sick adult?
