Best experience. Free valet parking. Checkin was easy, Called within 5 mins. Vitals checked then directly sent to my own room. Nurse and Dr Facco attended me. Super nice. Literally everyone who I encountered with even people I asked directions with exiting were respectful and nice. No complaints against any single one. You have to being with you a lot of patience tho.

I know when I got there there were only a few people in the waiting area when I arrived. like literally less than 5 so probably my experience wouldve been different if it was like 100 of us waiting.

But for now this is my own personal review

I visited the ER at 1 am on a Friday and waited until 8:15 am Saturday morning at which time I was examined by the ER Dr.
7.5 hours is a very long wait time.
I would hope the hospital administration makes an effort to minimize patient wait times to be more reasonable.
The doctor was very professional and helpful and the support staff was very pleasant.

They made me suffer for 6 hours in a waiting room with highly contagious Influenza A without doing anything!!!!!

The worst emergency room experience in my life! I came with fever that didn’t decrease for 2 days, cough, nausea and bad headache. Waited for 6 hours in the waiting area to be called. Wasn’t called. Instead my headache turned into a migraine. I asked the nurse multiple times to help me since the
waiting time was insanely long and my condition got worse. She said that she can’t help me with anything and I need to wait since there are people above me in line who have been waiting for 9+ hours. Forgot to mention that it was 4 am. So I had to leave because I couldn’t handle pain anymore and light in the waiting room caused me sensitivity. Probably I had to wait for another 6 hours and faint from pain and maybe I’d be seen by anyone then. But it’s just ridiculous to wait that long for getting help especially when your condition gets worse!

After leaving I went home, took bunch of Motrin and Tylenol to decrease the headache at least a bit slept for a few hours and went to Urgent Care next afternoon. And guess what, my wait time was 40 mins at most (despite pretty busy waiting area too) immediately did an influenza test based on my symptoms, and within 5 mins figured out that I had a bronchitis and viral influenza A.

If only ER cared at least a bit about patients and did Covid or Influenza tests at the triage (which is very logical considering that it’s a sick season now) I didn’t have to stay in a waiting area coughing my lungs out for 6 hours and didn’t end up having migraine. At least I wore a mask during that time, so hopefully it protected other patients at least a big. But this ER is a nightmare!!!!!! Avoid at any cost.

In all my years working in hospital settings, I've never seen wait times like this. I've had a family member in the emergency room with severe abdominal pain for over 6 hours as of this writing. In that time, they have taken maybe 5 people back. The waiting room is perpetually full, and every 15 minutes they announce the arrival of another level 3 trauma alert. I have NEVER seen a hospital continue to accept ambulance after ambulance that they cannot handle without diverting to the next nearest trauma center. Failing to divert when their ER cannot handle the traffic is causing massive delays in care to both walk-ins and ambulances. If this poor management continues, fatalities are likely to result.

Update: Just watched staff have an emergency patient who clearly cannot bear weight on one leg hop 20 feet to get to a wheelchair instead of bringing it to him. Some real rocket scientists here. I can see the effect Jefferson has had since they took over.

Came in for an overdose on vitamin d and ibuprofen and they did my vitals. My heart rate was 130 and I had a fever of 108 and climbing. I got here at 4:30 and it is now about to be 8. My pain gets worse every second and no one is doing anything. An elderly woman here had to wait 40 minutes just for someone to help her to the bathroom. This place is garbage and they have zero empathy for patients. Do not come here if u have the option.

My husband is in the ER after an accident and the care here is appalling. He has had surgery for a dislocated shoulder and now after the accident, his shoulder seems dislocated again. They did multiple xrays but it was done is the wrong angle so they have no strong proof that it's dislocated. How do you do tests wrong? Aren't you professionals? And just because you can't see it in the xray because of your own incompetence, it doesn't make the actual problem disappear. Why does my husband have to beg for a CT scan to confirm it when it's your job to make sure the patient doesn't go home without getting the right treatment? I am a nurse and I can't imagine how people are becoming so careless. When I started nursing, everyone worked with patients like their own family. Nowadays it's just a job for money. It's sad. Anyway, we will never go here again for an emergency. Jefferson has ruined Abington and Einstein and Aria and many more.
Update: Had to update this. The CT Scan revealed a dislocated shoulder. Finally, an educated Orthopedic doctor saw him and did a reduction. If he had not stood up for himself and fought for a CT scan, they would have sent him home on just pain meds. Even after realizing their mistake nobody apologized for the delay in care and for refusing to believe him.

I am not sure how this place stays open. They do not care how much pain you are in. I waited 4 hours while in excruciating pain while having a kidney stone. When I told them I was in pain the response I get is “ sorry we are waiting for a bed”. I do not recommend this place to any. I did not stay to even see a doctor. I arrived at 8pm, there were people who had been waiting since 5pm. This is the worse place ever. Will not be returning.

This ER seems to have some racial disparities when it comes to patients. I've been here since 7pm with extreme temple pain. It is now 222 am and I was told they don't know how long the wait time is because people have different vitals and some take priority over others. Well, tell me why this guy came in after me with his daughters for a stumped toe and he is gone. The ratio of nationalities that is still left in the waiting room makes you wanna say hum🤨🤔
