The worst hospital I have ever been to. I went in on 10.9.24 at 4:45am. I have trigeminal neuralgia which unfortunately most people never even heard of including a lot of the nurses and drs. Itās called the āsuicide diseaseā because of how bad the pain gets and makes you literally want to unalive yourself. I was having a really bad flair so after hours of dealing with it decided to go in to get a shot of toradol and steroids which is what normally calms it down. I walked in and was thankful to see that I was the only person in the waiting room. Sat there for an hour. Another person comes in talking and laughing and gets taken right back. Wait another hour while doubled over crying in pain, a guy with a kidney stone comes in. He wasnāt even sitting for 5 minutes and heās taken back as well because āheās in more pain than meā as the triage nurse told me when I inquired about it. No one knows a thing about what someone is going through to be able to say something like that. That is completely inappropriate. I sat there for 3 hours watching people come in and out while not a word was said to me. They made me feel like I was just there for drugs. I finally gave up, left and went to St. Maryās where I was taken right away. DO NOT GO TO THIS GHETTO PLACE. They do not care if you are in pain and completely unprofessional. Also, why do you keep replying the same comment to every negative review. Clearly these reviews arenāt doing anything for you people to get your shit together and fix things. You say for people to email but what good is that? There are tons of negative reviews for years but clearly nothing has changed so why even comment back to them? I donāt want a response, I just want people to know to stay away from this god awful place.

Waiting for 4+ hours in the ER so far with the same 5 people, there are no doctors here, they lie about being full, "it's like this everywhere," it's not denial of care, there is no care being offered here, this is a front for financial fraud.

Denied care after being brought to ER by ambulance with glass in my hand. I spent 8 hours in the ER on 5/23/2024. And released around 7 am on 5/24/2024....still with glass in my hand. I was told before I was discharged to make an appointment with surgeon to have glass removed the following week. When I called to schedule an appointment with the surgeon the next week I was told that they were unable to remove the glass from my hand because I had no medical coverage! I had to wait until over a month later, retain a workman's comp attorney & have another surgeon remove the glass from my hand. The surgery was over 5 hours & included repair to nerves that were damaged due to glass left in my hand for over a month. Lawsuit is pending, it's pathetic it has come to this to get proper care for a work related injury!

as Iām writing this, I am with my husband in the back of the ER while heās been treated! Tonight the weight was not as long! The care we get here is always wonderful! Whether he is admitted or he is discharged from the ER. The only thing that I say needs to be taken care of is I know the hospital ER most of the rooms are curtain off and I feel that thereās not enough HIPAA privacy! You can hear about everything and everybody is there and what theyāre there for! The nurses were very busy when I came back to give my husband stuff to him, for he was being admitted the patient next to him came in with a panic attack and took him several hours to calm down with the medicines that they gave and the patient on the other side of that patient came in 302. The nurses were very busy. Security was very busy and they seem to have it all under control. My only concern is that is hard for a patient to rest with all the commotion going on in the curtain area rooms! Also the waiting room I feel needs to be updated a bit with more comfortable chairs for people when theyāre sick and for people waiting with the sick and a little more decor on the walls would be nice. Make it a little more welcoming it kinda just looks like a subway train station! there is also one thing that I want it common on thatās kinda negative. There was a very big woman in the emergency room as I was sitting out there in the waiting area waiting while my husband went for a test, and I went out to get a breath of air ! The woman who is very heavy, was sitting in a wheelchair which she was brought in I guess by ambulance and then put in the waiting room, she was very sick and had diarrhea and poop just pouring from her through the pants dripping off the wheelchair onto the floor I understand that theyāre probably was no room for her or anywhere to put her in the back! But the least I feel that the staff or somebody couldāve done was at least give her a couple blankets to cover herself just for her and for her sake, Iām sure she was embarrassed as it was! and you also have people that were so nauseated and sick to begin with in the waiting room and the smell was atrocious. It was making everybody want to vomit. Also that wasnāt there to be treated for being sick! I understand that she was sick and was nowhere to put her, but I feel that there couldāve been something done either put her to the side or put her to in the back or just in some kind of room. It just wasnāt very welcoming when you have sick people coming through those doors ! Overall, like I said from the beginning the treatment whether itās been just being discharged from the ER or being admitted as an inpatient, there has always been wonderful. I just feel that there needs to be some updates to the hospital. I understand that hospital is a community hospital and it is outgrowing being a community hospital.
The hospital is now treating things just from medical conditions, do they get DUIs, they get mental health they get homeless just feel there needs to be some updated parts of the hospital!

The staff will happily leave you in pain and throwing up for over an hour in waiting room even after being told you'd be given anti nausea medication. Im sure the other patients in the waiting room loved to hear my musical regurgitations. Do not go! I should have read the reviews. Uncaring Nursing staff with attitudes to match. My question to administration. Who sits someone down in the waiting room when told you had an abnormal EKG? Doesnt that warrant monitoring? Frequent vital signs? Especially if the patient is under duress? It's pathetic that this area has such horrible emergency medicine care.

Went to ER after met with major accident on 3/15 9:15 PM. After nurse practitioner asked questions and took my vitals. After waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, one nurse came and told everyone that 5 hours waiting time so if anyone wanted to leave and go somewhere else for care , they can go. Horrible service.
