Everyone is always so helpful and informative. They truly listen to you and provide good quality medical care. They treat you as if you were their family member. This is the second time my husband has been treated by Dr. Campbell. She is an amazing doctor and very caring with her patients. Thank you Dr. Campbell! You are truly extraordinary!

As a healthcare professional for over 25 years, I find this to be an extremely special place with exceptional professionals. I recently had an odd presentation for an appendicitis but Dr. Donna Campbell was able to identify suspicion in my exam that led to a confirmatory diagnosis by CT. I encountered several doctors and staff members during my care and I would have to say that this organization is the epitome of concierge service. I wish more facilities provided such a patient, patient- family centered approach to care.

The staff lied to me as soon as I walked in and said yes this is an official er room. Then they tried telling me they don’t take tricare and I’d have to come out of pocket 2500 for the visit. The truth is this is a PRIVATE facility and if you want real care you can simply go across the street to Seton. I’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed by a medical facility in all my life. Shame on you

Neglectful and dangerous and cruel. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was seen last night by Dr. GARY MITCHELL and it could not have been worse. He neglected to do labs because I am a hard stick and while I laid in my room puking my brains out in excruciating pain he told me to my face that “he didn’t believe me. I am doing this to myself on purpose and there is nothing actually wrong. I will never get better and he’s too busy to help me”. The was I was treated by Dr. GARY MITCHELL was shameful but also neglectful and dangerous. I arrived at a different hospital last night and they actually did their job and took blood and looked at labs. Almost every single lab of mine was way to high or low and my white blood cell count was double what it should be. I am very sick and thankfully I found people who actually do the job they are in. Doctors have so much power and control over the help someone gets when they need it and this doctor (GARY MITCHELL) for some reason decided I didn’t deserve even the most basic of services by an we doctor like getting labs drawn and seeing if anything is off. Dr GARY MITCHELL went on to tell my boyfriend that he was an “extremely patient man for putting up with me and would one day realize how I’m just lying about being sick”. It was disgusting the way he treated me and is malpractice. If you want to be seen as a person and not blown off and neglected by your doctor dont take your chances going here. If you’re really sick and know that something isn’t right so not go to Kyle ER and Hospital because if Dr. GARY MITCHELL is your doctor there is a good chance he’ll decide you are just lying and decide you are not worth treating and even the basics of how you are supposed to be seen at the hospital will not be done. I think it’s incredibly irresponsible to have someone like Dr. GARY MITCHELL on staff let alone for him to still be practicing medicine at all. If he’s not willing to treat all patients he should not be allowed to treat any. I’m truly disgusted with how I was treated and will not tolerate it. I will do everything I can to make sure other patients do not have to go through the same thing.

Brought my son in to be seen. Dr. Campbell, Janet and Joseph were great! This amazing team had us smiling and laughing even though my kiddo did not feel good. My kid doesn’t do well with needles and they got him through it! 💕 definitely recommend and will be back for any other medical needs!

I have gone to this hospital twice this year for different reasons. The care and the staff have been amazing. I even had to stay on site due to having pneumonia. I love that it is a full-service hospital and I don't have to deal with all the crowds.

I absolutely love Kyle they have the best doctors and nurse staff. They are always very helpful and explain everything. My favorite Dr is doctor Theodore glassman.he is so compassionate. His nurse with the beautiful eyes 😍 always makes me comfortable and she cares for her patients ❤️ 💕

Both times I went were amazing. The staff is knowledgeable , kind and actually make the experience feel so soothe and more relaxed than going to a typical ER would . I feel a lot better since my visits.
