All we got was attitude from the moment we worked in. We had to wait for the to ladies in the front to stop talking to each other to even get help and more attitude. If your here with some one forget it they are not helping keep in contact with your love one in the back. If you need help go some here else even the doctor has the same attitude. Good luck if you do come here it just a little better the Anaheim west never go there.

Mi hija fue a urgencias el dia 1 11 25 porque se callo y se descompuso su dedo de la mano derecha le sacaron radiagrafias pero no le dieron medecina y oy 1 18 25 se le vio la mano mas inchada y mas roja y la tubimos que llevar al hospital de los alamitos y alli si la estan revisando mas afondo pero si tiene infección es que asi el.lunes voy a ablar a la aseguranza para meter un reclamo no recomiendo ese hospital de urgencias por eso cuando yo fui casi no tiene jente no lo recomiendo

Ladies at ER admission were INCREDIBLY rude, one of them threw a pen at my mother when she was signing paperwork and was practically yelling at my mom. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been to this ER multiple times and every single time I went there is always a 3-4 hour wait (sometimes longer) even when there are no patients in the waiting room. The service is terrible & it’s as if nobody wants to work or HELP. The doctors are extremely slow and do not tend to your needs the way they should. The staff pretty much is there to just fill seats. I wish they would shut this place down completely or at least hire people that actually care about the patients that come in.

Great operation of gallbladder removal..however..when ask anesthesiologist for anastesia info,she get upset..n after surgery in recovery, my tonsils uvula n adenoid tonsil were stretched n damaged!! Hurts when swallow n uvula moves back n forth..

This hospital SUCKS IVE BEEN WAITING IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM SINCE 1039AM AND 3 HOURS LATER PEOPLE THAT HAVE SHOWED UP AFTER ME HAVE ALL WENT IN I HAVE A DVT BLOOD CLOT A BROKEN FINGER AND I PROBABLY COULD HAVE A STROKE AND YHEY DONT CARE IM LEAVING TO GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL MY INSURANCE MUST BE A PROBLEM IM GONR BEFORE I DIE HERE 👎

I came in for a heart attack.
They monitored my blood pressure from 1AM-5AM. My blood pressure went down from 165-139, after I was given a Xanax(lowers your heart rate). The doctor is saying because he cannot accurately monitor my blood pressure, (making sure it stays high) a medication to control my blood pressure might give me a stroke.
I would understand that if I didn’t just take a Xanax. I argued with them and didn’t really get a clear answer. He gave me the Xanax intentionally, to slow down my heart rate, so that he could then say giving me blood pressure medication would be dangerous without all the information needed. I’ll give it to him. It was a pretty clever way to get out of doing your job. I was his problem, he wanted me out of his face. You gotta love the California healthcare system. 🤡
