We took my daughter here on a weekend and had a very short wait. The staff was kind and the doctor took time to make sure all of our questions were answered.

This ER was amazing! We took my daughter there and she was well taken care of and we were in and out of there in a little over an hour. Very high quality care and comfort taken for my 6 year old. Thank you Lake Granbury ER Fall Creek! ❤️

I have been to this location a few times for myself and my kids. While they are pretty quick to get you called back I do not feel as if the doctors here care about fixing a problem. I came in February 4 2025 at 9 weeks pregnant. I had been down for three days with the flu, constant vomiting and haven’t been able to eat or take medicine without puking. I told them I had the flu and that I was pregnant and that my OB told me to come to get fluids and a flu test. His response to that was “she told you to come to a stand-alone clinic?” No, she told me to go to the er, which I thought this was. The only thing they did was swab my nose and tell me to take a bunch of pills till I feel better. (I had already explained to them I wasn’t capable of taking pills due to the nausea.) he prescribed me theraflu (which I keep puking up) and said to go home. No fluids, he said I just wasn’t sick enough. In the discharge papers he gave me under each of the “watch out for this” pages I have every symptom that tells me to get immediate medical attention. It clearly says in my paperwork (which they didn’t completely fill out properly, there is no place that mentions my pregnancy even though there is an option for it) that I could have been treated in the hospital due to not being able to take pills but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Not a care in the world and the doctor wouldn’t even walk passed the door frame to give me my diagnosis. Honestly it doesn’t matter how quick they are if they don’t give proper care to the patients being seen. It was the same when I brought my son in with croup. They gave him a dose of epi and sent him home within the same hour and his doctor was completely shocked because that is something that should be monitored. If I can help it, I will not return here. I would rather die on the way to Fort Worth.

Came in on 12/27/24, and had just had emergency gallbladder surgery the 22nd at lake granbury. Backstory, I also have ulcerative colitis and IBS. Today, I was having EXTREME pain, and my pain HAD been doing so much better. So this was abnormal. But on top of the pain, I have been vomiting everything that hit my stomach within 15-30mins. They started an IV, gave me ONE DOSE of nausea medicine and some pain meds. Within an hour I let them know I was STILL vomiting and having pain. I also informed them my NUMBER one priority was just more nausea medicine, I could manage without pain medication. Doctor said okay she’d order it.
A nurse came in minutes later with DISCHARGE PAPERWORK. I informed him about the doctor saying she would provide me another dosage of nausea medicine and he said he would come back. Doctor comes back and says “well you’re not constipated nor do you have dangerously low electrolytes (my potassium, which shows dehydration or excessive BM/Vomiting was BARELY normal and I’m ON A POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT) my potassium should have been PERFECT, not just barely making the cut. Regardless, she sent me home vomiting out of the mouth and nose 2-3x an hour, extreme pain, oh… AND my incisions from gallbladder removal are OOZING green stuff.
I didn’t mention to them that I work in end of life care and as a medication tech. I’m not a doctor, but I know enough to know this ain’t good.
Anyways! Stay away from this place, I’ll do everything in my power to keep people away from the Lake Granbury ER’s. Both locations. My “doctor” was Noyoze Urhoghide

Such a great experience from the time I walked in to when I walked out. It was nice to experience an ER staff who treated me with compassion and humanity. I hope Fall Creek remains this way!! Huge win for the community!

The place is very clean the cleaning girl was so nice when my mom threw the coffee she smiled at her and helped her at all times to lift you attend very fast I love that everything is very clean and the nurses are especially lovely who wears glasses and does very nice hairstyles
