First off if I could give 0 stars I would.
Went in to the e.r early today with my 8 month old who has RSV and a temperature of 102 also was haveing a really hard time breathing. When we checked in the front desk we were told someone would be with us very shortly. We then continued to wait 2 hrs. I went and ask if they had a time frame on when we would be seen and I got sorry we are full it will be a couple of hrs. We left and went to alexandria and were seen by a Dr. In 10 mins. Fergus is an absolute joke of a hospital!

My family was visiting Fergus Falls to watch the Wissota 100 race. My nephew started to breathe heavily and was wheezing pretty bad so we decided to take him in to the emergency room. It was nerve racking being were from way out of town but the staff here was absolutely amazing. They went beyond what I could’ve asked to keep my nephew comfortable and they treated us with so much respect. They were also very polite about our time. Wish I could remember the amazing nurses/doctors names! Thank you guys!

As UNKIND a place that I've ever been in, and unfortunately I've been in dozens of ERs from NYC to LA, and these people should really be ashamed of the disservice they are doing to our community. Need I say more? I hobbled in the door after a car ran over my foot, and every single employee there watched me really struggling to get only 30 feet to the desk, and not one single person offered any assistance. Astonished, I asked if I could get a wheelchair, and they actually POINTED to where they were. Unbelievable.
Worst ER I've ever been in, and I've (unfortunately) been in dozens. Bedside manner is awful, and staffing is sparse.
I left in worse shape than when I went in, and the whole time was a waste of it. I'll drive the extra 25 milesto be seen by anyone other than the people there. Simply awful!

Was very impressed with the medical staff at this ER. They got pain meds on board quickly, a CT done, in for surgery and out in the same day. Nurses, doctors and techs were all very skilled and took great care of me despite being swamped.

This place is a joke went in they refused to do anything . told them I wanted MRI done the came up with bunch bs excuses . then I told them I wasn't leaving tell they did they threatened to call cops . I didn't want meds or anything just to know what was wrong with me

this place is horrible they don’t do anything for you. they don’t do there job. they make you wait hours for absolutely nothing. i recommend going somewhere else this place is a joke! everyone there is completely rude and disrespectful.
