Dr Mayer is truly one of a kind. I felt like no matter what doctor I was crying out to- no one was listening. She was. Truly was. Francis was a compassionate nurse as well. Doug made me so comfortable for my CT scan. Landon also made the process way better.

This was my second visit here and I loved my experience. My check-in process is always fast and easy. The wait time to see a medical professional is always less than 5-7 minutes. Once in the back, the medical team acts quickly to assist with patient needs. The check-out and billing process was painless as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for all emergency and urgent care needs.

We arrived at urgent care. My son needed urgent care. He was taken back by Matt, who was very thorough Got him to a room. The doctor saw him within 10 minutes. Dr Andrew Papendieck was excellent. I am a registered nurse and have worked with multiple physicians over a span of 4 decades. He is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure to see. He was knowledgeable, kind, thorough and followed up with us He identified the issue and treated him appropriately.
The RN, tech and radiology tech were outstanding too. Coppell is blessed to have them. Thank you to you all.
