I would like to start by saying a big thank you to the entire team at Legacy ER in Prosper, TX, from check-in to check-out. When I first arrived, I was immediately greeted and assisted by the front desk staff. She was very polite and patient with me. I didn't have to wait at all— I was taken back to my room right away. I don't remember the young lady's name who walked me back (please forgive me if I miss this detail), but she was a medic and did an excellent job drawing my blood. There are only a few people who can draw blood from me on the first stick, and she was one of them!

I also wish I could remember my nurse's name, but he was compassionate, kind-hearted, and made my experience much easier. Your kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you for your humanity and expertise—it made all the difference.

As for Dr. Brian Mayer— Oh my! He was exceptional. His expertise and thorough understanding of my condition gave me so much confidence in my care. Dr. Mayer was proficient in diagnosing and treating my illness from the very beginning. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and answered my questions with great patience. Not only did Dr. Mayer provide top-tier medical care, but he also offered emotional support, which meant the world to me during such a challenging time.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under your exceptional care. I am beyond grateful for the care I received. Both you and your staff went above and beyond, making a difficult experience much more manageable. Your combined expertise, empathy, and commitment to my health made all the difference. I’m deeply thankful for everything you did for me.

Dr. Mayer, medic Daniel, and nurse Haley were incredibly exceptional! They got me help so fast and were so compassionate. Dr. Mayer diagnosed me quickly and got me transferred out for emergency surgery to a surgeon he personally recommended (and that surgeon was fantastic!). I knew I was in safe hands from start to finish. Daniel placed my IV catheter easily and painlessly and Haley helped give me relief by giving me medications to help. I am so thankful for their work and dedication. They saved my life!

A Great experience from check-in to check-out! Welcome check-in staff was great!! The nurse and Dr. were friendly and awesome. They gave me what I needed to recover, and on my way. So thankful we have one of these close to my home.

Disappointed by the Long Wait Time

This urgent care does not live up to the term “urgent.” I waited for over 2 hours despite having a pressing medical issue. The lack of communication during the wait was incredibly frustrating—no updates or explanations about the delays.

If you’re in need of quick care, this is not the place to go.but the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location unless they address their wait time issues.

Attentive, friendly, thorough and fast service. It was a one stop shop. They had the equipment for various diagnostic imaging tests. Nobody wants to be in an urgent/emergency situation, but if I am again I would choose this location. Thank you for all your help.

Dr. Grosbach was so kind. The staff was quick and thorough. In and out in less than an hour. Wait at CVS for meds was more grueling.

I was there for 5 days most Of the staff very friendly and professional ..
If I ever need to go back to the hospital this would be the place.
