Hate that this has to be my first comment of 2025. 🥹
I was hit by a car at 11 PM on December 31, 2024. One Medical referred me to this ER for a check-up. Fortunately, it wasn’t busy at 1 AM Jan 1, 2025, and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before a doctor came to speak with us and performed X-rays and an ultrasound.

The staff were incredibly patient, and the doctor was both kind and professional.

Wishing everyone who visits this place good health and wellness, and hoping we all stay out of situations that bring us here again. ❤️💕

I visited the hospital on Wednesday night and was checked in promptly. After waiting for one hour to see the doctor, I inquired with the staff at the front desk, who were unprofessional and discourteous, informing me that the doctor would be with me shortly. While I was less than ten feet away, I overheard them speaking negatively about me. I arrived at the hospital at midnight and did not leave until 3 AM, only to be informed that I had a bladder infection. I would advise the staff to improve their treatment of patients. However, I must commend the doctor for their exceptional care

My husband was treated promptly and professionally by the nursing and medical staff when he required treatment in the middle of the night following our long haul flight from Australia. Fortunately he was diagnosed and treated promptly, and we were able to continue our holiday. Thank you!

Had my knee repaired and everyone was so wonderful. I only caught Masha, Ricardo and Millie’s name but the entire floor I was on was so kind and kept me comfortable. They were encouraging and patient and it was with everyone, not just me.

Got here from a ambulance because my grandma suffered a serious fall that ended up breaking her L-1 vertebrae. The wait times here are absolutely insane, we were there from 11 am to 8pm and probably saw the doctor once and the nurses a few times because we called them over frantically asking for help that was never received. Not to mention some of the nurses are rude and have absolutely no empathy for the person who is in pain at all. She broke a part of her spine and they acted like it was a minor injury.. Never go here

This was probably the best ER experience I’ve ever had. I went in the middle of the night but I was seen right away. Everyone was professional and friendly. I had a large private room. I’m glad to have this small yet efficient ED in the area.

Thank GOD for this Emergency Room. I had one of the most intense stomach viruses I’d had in years, and dragged myself to urgent care only to have them shrug it off. Okay. That’s fine. The ER at NY Presbyterian has an 11 hour wait just to get called in - understandable. They’re handling intense trauma and stomach viruses are stubbed toes on that list. Can’t hold it against them.

So I’m frantically googling where on god’s green earth can I just get some help, took a chance and an Uber from Washington Heights to the Village, and I will be doing so every time from now on.

From security to discharge, everyone was so kind and easy to talk to. I was seen very quickly and was able to explain my situation and feel heard. I was there for most of the day, got what I needed and didn’t feel ignored. Everything they did was explained clearly, no being carted around while the staff act like you’re a number on a stretcher.

And the nurses are AMAZING. They are attentive, professional, and all seem to really care about what they do. Very, very cool.

Am I being a little high maintenance? Probably. But it’s just really good to know that there’s a place to go that sees something tiny on the grand scale of issues as something to help. Now I’m home and able to wait out the rest of the virus without feeling like I’m going to die.

Absolutely go here. What a massive relief it is to know this place exists. 🤒🙏🏼

I was seen at this location multiple times for medical emergencies that is beyond my control. I had horrible experiences there from PA Julia Hummel she was very nasty to me leaving me for hours to sit with pain I am having also she would humiliate me and tell me I am always there in the ER despite my medical history. When she insults me on many occasions the nurses will treat me nasty as well I have file a complaint against her I can tell nothing was done because I was seen in the Emergency Room from Dec, 3rd 2024 to December,11th I am very concerned if I have to return to this location for any medical that is beyond my control.
