The care that my wife received this morning was amazing! She always has problems with Needle sticking , our place are ruff and careless when they can find her veins! This place wasn’t, they are extremely patient and caring while keeping us informed every step of the way. There was no wait to get in a room and the wait time was not long during the care! My wife’s nurse name but she has some lovely red and black locs

Had a visit to LifeSavers Emergency Room- Heights with my daughter. The nursing staff and physicians were knowledgeable and took time to explain their procedures. The rooms were clean however not comfortable for a stay longer than 2 hours. Which my daughter required a pretty lengthy stay. The staff did what they could to make sure I was comfortable . The guest chairs could be a little more comfortable. Also having been in nursing myself I couldn’t help but notice some of the equipment needed upgrading such as the IV machine.

Life Savers helped me with my treatments after my car accident…., and today Ray was amazing…. Helped me with everything I needed today. Great customer service.. very friendly and polite.

They were warm, empathetic, and took the time to explain everything with such care, making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Pauline was thorough and knowledgeable, ensuring I understood my treatment options. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and I left feeling well cared for. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

Great experience. Kaila was extremely helpful from the start and patient with all my questions regarding insurance. Nurse Amanda was sweet and friendly. Dr. Mata was very great. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my concerns. Thank you!

Before I visited Life Savers ER in the Heights, I called on the phone and had a pleasant experience. I was recommended to check-in online before I arrived to speed along the process and I did just that. When I arrived, a gentleman name Ray greeted me at the front desk and he was very kind and patient. My check-in went smooth and quick. I was such a bundle of nerves after having my car wreck, but they made me feel very at ease. When I was waiting on a doctor to see me, I was freezing cold and then the nurse and Rat popped their head in to check on me. I told them I was cold and they quickly brought me a nice and warm blanket to wrap myself up in. I definitely recommend this location to anyone and my family and friends.

The staff at Life Savers made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Cody, Sara and Dr. Tiffany listened to my concerns, asked all the needed questions and discharged me with a treatment plan that made me feel confident in my decision to come in today. Will definitely come back for any urgent needs and refer any family and friends as well!
