I took my 10 month old here for care. I would definitely go back if needed in the future. The staff and nurses are very kind and helpful. The doctor we saw took his time with my son, and was very patient while he answered every worrisome question I had. The medical care my son received was above and beyond those 5 little stars I just entered.
This doctor was knowledgeable and knew the right thing to do. My son was better within the first hour upon discharge. The best ER visit I’ve ever experienced. Thank you.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Lonestar 24 HR ER! I walked in and was promptly assisted by Sandra whom I want to give a HUGE thank you! She was extremely helpful, patient and had the sweetest personality. I had a lot of questions as we had never received service from a free standing ER before and I was left very impressed! The wait time was basically non existent. The clinical staff were very accommodating and informative as well. I told my children and grandchildren to skip the major hospitals and urgent cares and to swing by Lonestar instead. Again, a major thank you to everyone, especially Sandra.

I was blown away by this ER!!! Yes, blown away by an ER!!! This may sound crazy to some but this place is different than anything New Braunfels has ever had. A hospital that actually cares about how they treat their patients? What a concept.... Imagine, an incredibly clean hospital properly staffed with caring health care professionals who have a true sense of urgency and treat their patients with compassion. They even offer thoughtful little comforts usually only provided at aggressive luxury car dealerships. Everything about this place shocked the heck out of me. This is just a simple common sense blueprint of how people in a country as great as America deserve to be treated. The standards of our entire health care system here have been so low for so long. I woke up this morning wondering if it was all just a crazy psychedelic dream =) I checked and had photos to prove it was real. The bar has officially been raised. Thank you Dr Bhat, you and your team are truly the best! A+++

Very thorough and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Did not keep me just sitting in a room waiting and wondering, would keep me updated. Everyone very nice from the check in, nurse, doctor, and everyone else I came in contact with. Would not hesitate to go back if needed! Thank you for the great experience when I was super nervous!

I accompanied my 19 year old step-daughter during her thanksgiving break. I was really impressed with how clean and caring everyone was. My step daughter is terrified of hospitals or anything doctor related. At one point I stepped outside for a phone call and my daughter was stuck on a few questions and the lady up at the front with dark brunette with the cutest glasses, I believe her name was Sandra (I apologize if I’m mistaken) she was so kind to her and explained it to where she could understand. She made my kiddo feel super at ease and actually cared about how she was feeling in the moment despite feeling really under the weather. I wish I would’ve found you all a long time ago!
