All I want to say that I was impressed by the outstanding professionalism that the Registered Nurse Jen W. from the Emergency department has shown to me and my family friend. She was on point and very professional. Gentle with the IV and very knowledgeable. You can tell how much she cares about her patients and her outstanding delivery has left me speechless. She knows her job well and you can tell that she is really good at it. So grateful that I got a chance to have her take care of my close family friend. Really the best RN I have ever met.

My son (3 yr/o with non verbal autism) swallowed a magnet. The check in women was so so sweet as I was so nervous I couldn’t even think to answer her questions. The nurse who takes vitals before you go back into the actual ER, was INCREDIBLE. She told me about her personal experience with her child and a button battery, she took us back right away. They let me take my son’s temperature, and the rest of his vitals as he was too scared for anyone else to touch him. They still asked him questions knowing he wouldn’t answer, and included him in everything which I appreciated so so much. They brought xray to my son, so he wouldn’t have to be more traumatized. The front check in nurse came in multiple times just to check on him (and me) when her part of the job was over which made me feel so good. The nurse he had back in ER was great too, and so were the doctors. I’m so thankful they made the experience as pleasant as it could have possibly been.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Minimal
wait times overall. Clinician staff is knowledgeable and assuring, while taking a genuine interest in patient preferences. Manages unruly and resistive patient behavior with impressive grace. I drove 10 miles past competitor to check in here and I suggest any one else in distress do the same if they want their selves and their families to be provided optimal care. Thank you!

Registration staff was delightful and helpful. I was in a full crisis, crying, panicked, begging for relief. They treated me with dignity and respect.
The triage nurse was straight forward, no nonsense. Firm but in a gentle way, he asked specific questions and helped calm my sporadic crazy answers.
The nurses and doctors were amazing. They helped me with everything I needed and actually listened to my answers as I was giving them.
I was in a full panic attack and the doctor took care of me fast. He dosed me with a med that I've had before and sent me home with a couple so I don't have to panic about how long it'll take for me to get an office visit.

From the moment I arrived at the emergency room everyone was very polite, and sincere. From the security guard at the entrance who greeted us and pointed where we needed to go. The receptionist who asked her questions in a professional manner. The triage nurse with a great attitude and funny demeanor. All the nurses in the emergency room very friendly and the doctor who explained everything and answered all my questions.

I want to express my gratitude to the nurses and doctors of Lower Bucks ER. I brought a kid with strong stomach ache late in the evening. Even though they do not have a pediatric department they did the tests (very fast!), kept us comfortable, and found out what was wrong.

Don't go to this hospital.
The doctor came to my room, stayed for a mere 30 seconds if that. I had Diverticulitis in the past, and first thing he said was you were here in 2023 then walked out. He didn't ask me one question. He prescribed unnecessary medication for stomache spasms for diarrhea, which I did not have and had the opposite problem. I was having radiating back pain and a fever that I had been treating with tylenol. Because he spent not even 30 seconds with me his report indicated things that were 100% inaccurate. At the end of my visit he didn't even give me the respect to come in and see me or the 4 prescriptions he wrote for me. No one explained them or explained my diagnosis, i had to open the hospital and read all this. Totally unacceptable for paying thousands of dollares for care to this hospital. I have no idea what the Flagyl was for, no one explained it. I still don't know why I received it. Why 2 antibiotics and and anti spasmodic Also, as it turns out this was a brand new location for the Diverticulitis that I hadn't had so how was I supposed to know that it was Diverticulitis in a new place. I thought it was a cyst or tumor or something. It turns out it was in the Sigmoid Colon. I wish that he would have come in and maybe took 5 whole minutes to explain things to me and I didn't have to read it in MyChart.. I felt so unimportant and devalued as a patient. If this is the way this doctor decides th handle patients he should be let go. Yes please have someone call me because the whole experience there was very upsetting. I will be paying alot of money for the services that I did not receive. I hope that other people don't have this same experience.

I needed stitches and LBH was the closest ER. They were awesome. I was in and out, no muss no fuss. And I got great care and nice bedside manner from everyone. No sane person goes to the ER for fun, but the staff made it a painless experience, almost ;-). Thanks for patching me up and moving me on!
