Dr. Wenzel was incredibly patient and understanding, explaining everything clearly and concisely. She never made my mother feel rushed or unimportant, even though the ER was busy. Her communication and transparency with us was 10/10. Her thoroughness and expertise were evident in her diagnosis and treatment plan. She took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed our concerns with empathy and professionalism.

The main triage nurse was very dismissive and kind of rude when I went in with alcohol poisoning. My partner called ahead and we were told to go to the ER for my symptoms.

I had all those symptoms minus seizures, and I was told that I did it to myself and to go and drink some water. I also asked where I should go if this happened again; never got an answer.

I’ve been here 2 other times for dehydration (not alcohol related) and they were always helpful, even if I had to sit in the lobby with my fluid drip. Definitely disappointed that they wouldn’t help me or offer any solution besides drinking water. My arm isn’t falling off but that doesn’t mean that I don’t deserve some care.

Sarah Kruger, you diagnosed me with no broken bones, and sent me home with stiches and advil.

I went to orthopedic fracture and they used your scans, your imaging and can clearly see a broken toe!

I begged you for pain relief after you pryed my toe nail off and stitched it back onto my foot. Your should not be at an emergency facility when you are not even a doctor. Your just an assistant.you failed to provide pain care during or after.

Your notes were transferred to the ER in St Peter, because of you they also said I had no broken bone.

Look at your XRAY! I'm no doctor and can easily see the break on the photo.

Your bedside manners were lacking to say the least. You should be ashamed of yourself for not taking the time to read the xray.

The birthing facilities are very nice. Good nurses who know their stuff and take good care of everyone.

4 hrs sitting there waiting to get seen. That's some top service right there mayo. How about I send you a bill for the time I waited to get seen. Maybe if you stop spending money on remodeling and pay some doctors this would of not happend.

Honestly I don't believe any one that has a gash in their head or was in a auto accident should ever wait over 3 hours for service. I understand short staff and I understand being busy but 4 hours to do any testing at all. No blood work drawn no urine samples. No x rays for over 3 1/2 hours.

Excellent service my husband and I have both been treated at this facility and they have helped to save our lives. It is nice to know we have a facility like this near by.

If you can go elsewhere, you should. I’ll be going to Waseca or St Peter if we are in need of an ER in the future.
