Today My daughter injured herself playing basketball. We brought her here to receive care. The entire staff was wonderful. From the security guy, firefighter/ EMT, nurse, doctor and x ray tech. 😊 They were all very friendly kept checking up on their patient ( my daughter) the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this hospital if you are seeking friendly thorough, gentle care.

Thank y'all so much for having my daughter's er experience be comforting and safe.

I visited this establishment yesterday. I have never in my life experienced such amazing & professional care in any medical facility. They are personable & very helpful. I entered at 1:30pm & was out by 2:58pm having been taken cater of. I highly recommend this clinic! The doctors, technicians, nurses, & security were exceptional & I would most definitely return there if needed. They exceed 5 stars! They are rockstars!

My husband and I visited after he was in a serious car accident. The first doctor we saw was excellent. She was kind, compassionate, and very professional. She introduced herself and gave us a plan of what we thought would happen. She was in uniform. She told us he had probably cracked a rib. She said the would do some scans to confirm what she thought. She said she would give him pain meds and anti inflammatory drugs and he would be fine. He had his scans and we waited. And waited. Finally, a young man out of uniform came in and started talking to us. He was not very informative or professional at all. I finally asked him who he was. He said he was a doctor, our other had gone home. He said scans didn’t show anything and he said to take just Tylenol for the pain. He prescribed some weak muscle relaxers. I could have forgiven his unprofessional look and monosyllabic speech if he hadn’t completely missed the TWO fractured ribs my husband had sustained. The next day, after a night of severe pain and no sleep, we went to our regular PCP who found the broken ribs. He also prescribed appropriate medications for such an injury. I was and am still so mad about how poorly my husband was treated at this “hospital”.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Took my dad here cause he was having trouble breathing . His heart rate was steady up to 140 for a while. We explained to them how he felt and all they did was say he had anxiety give him a pill and proceeded to let him go like that. Don’t waste your time and just go to a real hospital .

DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO RHE HOSPITAL!!! They don’t know how to treat kids my daughter was sick with rsvp they didn’t treat her or nothing they said it was just a fever and let her go on her way we had to take her to another hospital for them to tell me that my daughter have rsvp the work are on the phone all the time they talk to my daughter that is 2 year old like she a teenager they don’t do all the check up they just want the job finish and done so you leave fast repeat again DONT BRING YOUR CHILD !

Beware high bills for minimal service!

I went in for an animal bite. The doctor saw me for no more than 5 minutes. I received zero dressings, no stitches, nothing. He just asked a few questions and said 'nothing to worry about we can give you a prescription for anti-biotics'. For this "service" (plus a tetanus shot) they want to bill me $3,500.

Mind, they will also make multiple claims to your insurance. One for the "facility" from Questcare Medical, and one for the "hospital visit" from Medical City Dallas. So you get the best of both worlds: a bill for an urgent care visit and a bill for a hospital ER visit

Do not be fooled. Get help elsewhere if you can help it.

They are not acting in your best interest and will overbill you just because the system benefits them.

Medical City is a for-profit organization. One of the 10 largest for-profit hospitals in the entire USA, and one of the most profitable for investors according to DMagazine. They are interested in serving their shareholders, not the local community. The proof is in the surprise billing.

Came here after getting into a car accident & turned out to have torn a ligament in my ankle & they were fast to let me go back & it took about 30 minutes to get my results back from my Xray & luckily with my insurance, I didn’t have to pay anything that visit. They gave me a boot & I will def to becoming here more often!

Told me they were gonna do a hCG pregnancy blood test but they didn’t do it. They tested me for the urine knowing it was too early to test because I didn’t get my period yet. They did a CT scan knowing I could possibly be pregnant. If I lose a baby, a lawsuit is coming your way.
