Naing,Kya’s H saw me and my 11 month old son this morning. We came in because he has been sick for a couple days and I felt like I had strep throat.

I ask him to run a flu, covid and strep test for both of us and he first told me it was not physiologically possible for my 11 month old to have strep so he wouldn't run that test and he wasn't going to run any of the other tests on him because there was nothing we could do to make him feel better. Then he told me he didn't want to run the flu and covid test on me, but I insisted anyway.

And hour later he came in and told me that my tests were negative and that i had a viral infection. I got home and looked at the discharge paperwork only to find out I have viral pharyngitis, which (from my RN nothing in law) means that I just caught my strep throat too early for it to show on a test.

He prescribed me an inhaler and Nasal spray and did nothing for my child.

I will never be coming back here and I recommend if you are looking for more quality care, you go to urgent care across the street or go to the actual ER

Naing,Kya’s H was very insensitive to my child who has the flu, in fact he did not want to test her for anything! He was very rude and had a tasteless demeanor about himself! I over heard him get upset simply because I asked the nurse could she have something for her pain. He made a deep sigh and mocked with ugh! If this is the representation of a compassionate medical center, he should definitely not be in the public with that type of attitude or behavior he possesses!!!

My husband went there today in extreme pain from what now turns out to be in all likelihood, stomach cancer. They treated him like he was drug seeking, and refused to give him anything for pain. Now that they have the CT results they are falling all over themselves to help. They can go fly a kite and we will NEVER go back
I could say more but will refrain.

I visited this place on 3/12 at 1 AM. I ate a heavy dinner and after few hours, i started having pain in my lower back due to gas build up. I didnt had medicine to relieve gas at home and by 1AM all near by pharmacies were closed. So unfortunately, i had to go to ER to get the medicine since the pain was really bad. Upon arriving, i explained to both nurse and doctor that this pain is due to gas buildup and i need medicine to relive the gas. But they kept saying that i have kidney stones and inorder to treat me they need to do a CT scan & blood work. I told them i am all fine and i even had a full body check up done 2 months back and everything was fine and all i need is a medicine to relive gas. Then they said, they are medical professionals and they know what they were doing, so finally i agreed to do the tests since i was in way too much pain and i needed treatment. After all the tests, they said they didn't find anything and finally gave me a medicine to relive gas and in 5 mins, all the pain disappeared and I left the ER within the next 5-10 mins. I was completely stunned when i saw the bill they charged me. It was $22,238 for spending 1.5 hours in ER to get a medicine to relieve gas. You read it right, 22,238 dollars !!! I have filled a dispute with the billing team and if they dont resolve it, i have no choice but to move legally against them.

The doctor was so sweet and understanding walked me threw the whole thing so i wasnt anxious. The staff was very interested in talking to me witch I love it taking my mind off of why I was there. The rooms were clean and I only waited for 5 min before i was seen. Thank you to everyone at this hospital for being the healers of this world!

Medical City ER of Haslet killed my wife. I brought her in at 8 AM yesterday. She stopped responding to my calls and texts, and when I called at ~9:30 asking about her condition they refused to give me any information but tried to assure me that she was fine without even checking. At noon I received a call from the medical city hospital in Alliance and I was told she was transferred and to come immediately. I arrived at 12:20 and was told she was found unresponsive at Medical City ER of Haslet, they attempted to perform CPR for two hours but couldn’t bring her back. My wife died in this office, how long was she laying there before you bothered to check up on here? How long after my phone call did it take before you only opened her door and looked? Theres no excuse.

True story;

The thing is it’s hit or miss with the er, you never really know what you’re getting, sometimes you get great care sometimes you get the worst care. I had a bad sickle cell crisis, the first time I came in here I met a doctor who was very knowledgeable about my condition and helped me but the other times I have been here it’s been horrible so never again, they treat you like you’re drug seeking instead of getting to the Root of your pain. My blood pressure was elevated and I was questioned several times about the level of my pain. I was told by the nurse that they don’t treat sickle cell crisis when I have been treated there before, I decided to leave, my husband managed to get me into the car and while we were pulling out the nurse literally chased our car and pleaded with me to come back in that they treat my condition, I was so surprised at the level of unprofessionalism, I came back in because i was so defeated and in so much pain, they proceeded to continue the horrible treatment, kept acting so weird I regretted coming back in the first place. I was honest and told my history, gave my haematologist name and previous record but still treated me like a stereotype. I really hope they educate their staff better about my condition because unfortunately a lot of people suffer from this condition and I have to gamble w

Racist and not helpful! Nurses were great

Doctor Rachel Collier is terrible I wouldn’t send my dog to be seen by her! I came in pain left in pain.
She pretty much told me since I’ve been in pain for a month that I can continue until I find a specialist.
She was very nasty and I will be contacting the board!
