Went to this ER cause it was the closest to my house and my 1 year old daughter was screaming in pain. We sat in the waiting room with only 2 other people waiting with my daughter screaming bloody murder and no one came out to say anything to us. The security guard just told us to have a seat. We ended up taking her to cook's after waiting about 15 minutes with no help. She had a leg fracture. I wouldn't even bother with this place. We wasted time while my daughter was in pain.

I won't share much of the details of why I had to visit the ER. However, they were very fast, kind and compassionate.. I have been dealing with some chronic health issues and it is always embarrassing or frustrating when I have to go to the ER and I'm treated like crap. I myself am a medical professional and I can say they were outstanding how they treated me and took care of my issues promptly..

I would give them a zero for professionalism. This place is a scam and will pressure you into multiple procedures. We went in for a head injury for my husband. Staff and Dr were good. It's what came next. After multiple tests. Dr decided it was inclusive and he needed an mri which required him to be admitted to the actual hospital in Fort Worth. Before leaving this facility we were told he had been prereadmitted and they had a room ready so they could do his mri right then. After getting to the hospital i was not impressed with the facility or staff. The were rude and had no clue what they were doing. We were then put in a triage room. After sitting for 2 hours. I finally asked when he was getting his mri, why he was not ina room . I was then told he did not have a bed and the mir was not scheduled until the following afternoon. One of the nurses spoke up and said he did have a room to which the other replied that they had given it away. By this time it was 11pm and they hadno idea when he would be put in his room. Sp basically this was just a SCAM by Medical city to suck every dollar they could out of our insurance. So now we are at another facility having to start over and Medical City is holding our records. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE. I have contacted my insurance company for fraud and unprofessional conduct.

went there today very sick i did care for the dr that was there this morning 1-28-25 very rude almost hostile shot temped to quick never listened to how i was feeling at all I WILL NEVER GO BACK and i cant imagine him looking at a sick child

Went last night. I was worried if I was making a good choice because the reviews weren't that great. But I had a wonderful experience every since person was so nice and kept my spirits up even though I was in so much pain. I was in and out within 2 hours! Most definitely would recommend to others!

I came in for high HR and lightheadedness (history of SVT). The nurse Luis was amazing, so kind and did the most painless IV I’ve ever had in my life and is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Dr. Kennedy rushed my visit, turned and burned me so fast even though I was still having the same symptoms upon discharge. He didn’t listen to me and disregarded “slightly” abnormal findings from my labs/ekg.

No one in lobby, waited to talk to someone and when this lady finally comes out, she never got away from the door and had a face like she didn’t even want to be there. Rather die than go back to this place, horrible vibes.

Brought my wife here because she was having chest pain and tightness. The staff were quick to take care of her, friendly, and had great team work. Got blood test and chest xray results back fairly quick. Dr Jester and all the nurses Candi, Nellie, and Sarah were great! Highly recommend!
