I’m writing this review as I sit still waiting for the doctor to put a simple stitch on my daughter’s chin. We have been here for over 90 mins with excuse after excuse for why we haven’t been served yet. They had the nerve to ask me to pay the balance of the visit even before they get the stitches on. Horrible place

I was very impressed with my care at this location, especially Nurse Jaime was very nice and professional. Dr Brown made me feel so good and understood why I was there. The front desk lady was not that good or bad . I will recommended this place to you in case of emergency.

I went up here cause I wasn’t feeling good my throat was hurting itching and felt like death I’ve waited 30 mins till a “doctor” came in he looked at my throat and said it’s a viral infection one in order to rule that out you have to run test which they fail to do . I have tonsillitis thank you for ruling that out I had to go to another hospital to get the correct treatment and diagnosis . This place is full of people who don’t take their job seriously rude and unprofessional behavior a bunch of quacks . They need to either shut this place down or replace these idiots with people who are passionate about their jobs .

Do not go here!!! The nurses will call CPS on you for absolutely no reason!! Instead of asking me questions or even talking to me, assumptions get made that are totally false I might add. This inaccurate/false report has prolonged the timing and quality of care my daughter has been getting at the hospital she was transferred to. Luckily this was all sorted out and found out to be false by CPS but this is insane!!!!!! I never ever dreamed I would ever be reported to CPS! Shame on you!!!!

Unnecessary treatments administered and bill was unbelievably high. Over $1700 for a basic X-ray. Care was slow and we were sent home without diagnosis with a bill for over $3k.

Exceptional care! My husband took me quickly to this ER after going to urgent care for persisting cold symptoms where I was alerted that I had high blood pressure in the stroke, heart attack range. From the receptionist, nurses and doctor at Memorial Herman ER, I couldn't be more pleased with the care and concern I was given. I don't understand the negative reviews, but realize people are more apt to complain than compliment.

Awful, insensitive, unprofessional and rude. They don’t even have compassion for a baby. I was sent away with no instructions on how to administer medication to my infant, or even what medication was prescribed. Asian looking woman (wouldn’t give her name) should not be anywhere near people, much less be in charge of their care. Disgusting place. No wonder reviews are terrible…I should have chosen better.

I don’t believe I have ever left a review or rating for anything else this place is just awful… The entire nursing and administrative staff needs to be let go. Close the location temporarily if needed they truly need to reevaluate there careers choices. I’m saying this as polite as possible as to not be deleted. Memorial Herman please do better. The other reviews are not a lie.
