Called ahead spoke to a very polite and helpful receptionist "Sharonda" to check they could look at my eye issue. Upon arriving I was greated by name!!

Asked for ID and insurance card. Didn't even have time to sit down before the nurse came to get me.

As I arrive in the exame room another nurse is waiting for me to ask me the typical exame questions.

Soon as she was done it maybe took 2 minutes for the Dr. to come in. Did his thing, wrote my scripts and I was on my way.

Entire process from parking to leaving to under 45 minutes. Very impressed, very clean, very polite people.

I visited the ER facility yesterday. Every aspect of the visit was professional and very comforting. Our doctor Ben Simon took such great care and was so helpful in explaining everything that was going to go on. Our intake nurse was named Holly and she made the whole experience smooth well somehow managing to lower my stress levels. The facility was clean and well laid out. I felt like we were walking into a new facility it was so well kept. Everything about this experience was amazing. If you are in need of an ER this would be a great place to go. Thank you all so much

Although the facility is modern and mostly clean (blankets were stained), the staff leaves lots of room for improvement. We were 1 of 2 patients in the entire ER and in the 5 hours we were there, we had to hunt down a nurse every time we needed help. Nobody would come in and check on us and the nurses would be busy talking and laughing or on their phones/computers.

I took my 10 year old son here for treatment. What a mistake! They were rude and slow. I will never come back to this location. I do not recommend.

My mom came to this ER because she was having severe abdominal pain along with vomiting and diarrhea. Let me start by saying the staff is very cold. I am a nurse and I know that healthcare is customer service. There was no greetings, no smiles. The nurse didn’t even tell us her name. Just cold and straight to the point. They immediately give my mom morphine which was not even appropriate for the type of pain she was having. When did morphine help with gastro pain 2. I told them that she has been taking metformin for a little over a month because I figured it would click in their head that sometimes metformin can lead to these exact symptoms that she was having. They completely by passed that information and did a ct scan and blood work. The ct scan results came back and the MD literally said well your ct scan shows that you may have some type of virus? How can you say someone has a virus based off of a ct scan alone? They just told her to take immodium and gave her a prescription for IBS., (which she was never diagnosed with?) When I looked at the paper work myself, it said that the ct scan showed loose stool that can be causing diarrhea. So we basically came to the ER for them to tell her that she had diarrhea. SHE TOLD YOU SHE HAD DIARRHEA. We wanted to know why and why her pain was so severe! And not to mention they didnt even address the severe abdominal pain she was having besides giving her morphine in the beginning which of course did nothing. We left with the same information we already knew. When a patient presents symptoms you’re supposed to find the cause not just re-iterate the same exact thing the patient told YOU.
And lastly, as stated before, my mom is on Metformin, which means that you should not use the contrast dye they inject for a ct scan. She told the tech this and he stated that it was okay and the MD would hold her metformin for at least 48 hours. The MD mentioned nothing about this and if not for my moms own knowledge, we would have never been educated. What a mess, lack of compassion & knowledge. It’s a shame.

Its very ironic to say this about an emergency room but this is the best emergency room I have ever experienced. I arrived early Saturday morning checked in without a delay and was immediately seen. The staff worked vigorously to diagnose me and to start working on making me feel better. Although I wasn't healed upon being released because I needed further care from my PCP I did feel much better than when I arrived. Thank you especially to Mary who tried repeatedly to put a smile on my face.

If you have an emergency related to a pregnancy, do not go here. They don’t have the expertise or equipment for that. If you want a receptionist to have a modicum of intelligence and empathy, do not go here. I question the existence of this emergency room. It seems that this building exists to provide more revenue to ambulance services to transport patients to real emergency rooms.

Went in on New Years Eve, everyone was so sweet and patient. From the front desk checking in to the nurses in the back. Dr. Sun was very professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you for such a comforting visit.
