This has got to be one of the worst visits of any hospital. Went for various symptoms and got medication for one. Still feel the illness. Nothing has changed. The medication has lots of side effects. Drug lords at their finest! If the disease don’t kill you the medication will. Seems lke the doctors there received the certification or degree online. I don’t recommend going there. Better off going to the medical center..

I came up in there with my girlfriend with major head trauma and the security officer told.me that we were going to have to get in line behind 30 plus people and I tried to explain to this ignorant person our situation and he said well bye then. Great words for a hospital to tell someone. Will never be back

When there is a emergency greater then the other I think they should attend to that person I came in with strep throat there was a lady laying on the couch coughing her heart out every sec and throwing up screaming for a nurse help everyone ignored as she continued coughing and not breathing throwing up at the same time. They saw me first then continued calling other people and she was never seen screaming for a nurse I just got up and left because if they dont care for her how can they care for me worst emergency center ever.......

I went to this ER last night for shortness of breath and chest pains. I explained to them that I had asthma but I have been sick since Tuesday. I told them I was doing breathing treatments with my nebulizer every 4 hours and taking my steroid inhaler. I explained that I just finished a treatment before coming in and still could not breathe. Not a single person used a stethoscope to listen to my breathing. They gave me a chest x-ray without asking anything about possibility of pregnancy. I received a breathing treatment (the same dose of what I had just taken at home). After I was still wheezing and unable to say more than one word at a time. I told them I was still struggling and they said they would give me another treatment. I then proceeded to wait for an hour and 35 minutes for a breathing treatment with 3 people stopping by to ask if I had had it yet. Each time I stated no and they said they would be right back and never returned. The nurse came to discharge me and could hear me wheezing from across the room and my oxygen level dropped to 90. He gave me another treatment and right after it was completed said I was good to go. I told him I was still experiencing wheezing and that the prescriptions they gave me is what I was already using at home. He shrugged his shoulders and came back with discharge papers and told me to follow up with my doctor. I then proceeded to become short of breath in the car and had to seek medical attention somewhere more competent.

Wonderful front reception desk night attendant, Gilberto, at main entrance (26th Street), walked me all the way to my friend's room. I would've gotten lost without his help.
