I came here for a severe allergic reaction with hives growing by the minute. I was taken back fairly quickly in the ED. The staff there were all so very nice and caring. Alexis in particular was so kind and you can tell she cares! They all were great and I highly recommend!!

This is my second time here and I’ll continue to come back.. The handsome triage nurse was a delight and Nurse Helen is a Angel… She’s compassionate, attentive, and I’d gladly put my care in her hands any day…

Obviously the wait wasn’t fun and we were there for a long time but everyone I encountered during my visit to the ER was awesome. My nurse Aleesia(I believe that’s how you spell her name) was amazing, I could tell she could tell I was nervous and was trying to make me feel calm. Dr.Goldstein was great too! All the wonderful employees here made an anxious visit much better!

Wow, when I was transferred to Memorial Regional Emergency room there was a lack of beds in this and other hospitals in Broward, so I ended up in a bed in the hall with about ten other folks.

Gotta say, I have to admit and respect how all the emergency room folks tended to everyone and the overload of people during my stay.

My nurse, Caitlyn I, RN was simply remarkable as she dragged those heavy partitions around the hallway beds to give us some privacy during exams. She made sure our needs were met and our questions answered. She had to have been exhausted because she had so many patients to tend to.

The doctors that came to tend to me were also very kind and assuring.

Gotta say, even on overload, these folks did a great job!
