No care whatsoever. What kind of ER has ZERO sense of urgency? Brought our loved one in ourselves with blood running down his leg from a surgery last week. Our loved one was told to come in to this facility if this happened regardless of time. And no one helped us. Just took his pressure and offered to clean up once we were out of the room. No worries. We left. Couldn’t see the doctor who came in on call cause we hadn’t been through the ER yet. But the step before the ER is waiting with other people with loved ones who have been waiting hours to be seen as well. Poor poor poor service. SMH.

GO SOMEWHERE else FOR emergency!! the wait time for an EMERGENCY ROOM visit is unbelievable & unacceptable. My dad has been waiting for 4 hours to be seen.(still sitting here waiting) He is a kidney transplant patient and his doctor said to come to ER immediately since he has had the flu for 3 days. Nothing.

There is no sense of emergency. Unreal. 😭

Everytime I come here, I end up waiting 4-5 hours to be seen. It's ridiculous that I have to wait that long to be seen when there is almost no one in the waiting room.
Last time I have went to the ER, the doctor has joked about my history with my urine which is totally unacceptable. It's not really funny being in pain because I was passing blood clots.
I'll no longer be going to this ER due to the unprofessional environment and waiting period to be seen.

Disappointing to say the least. 2 weeks ago we took my dad in after he had a high temp after a surgery (amongst many other issues) he ended up having sepsis along with a long list. Took him nearly 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen. Took my 3 yo son in last night with a broken collar bone after falling off a trampoline - he also fell on his head. They said it was ok for him to sleep (which after a head injury I thought was not the case) after an hour of waiting - we took him to another hospital 50 minutes away. The other hospital had their ER T capacity as well but had us in, checked out, x-rayed, and treated in 1 hour. If at all possible - travel to one of the other near by hospitals.

Waited in the Er for over 5hrs after urgent care told us we needed to go to the er. Finally gave up and drove 50 minutes to a different town that could see us right away. I really don't understand how this place hasnt improved at all in the last decade. Unreal

Came to the ER with severe low back pain and I sat for 2 hours. Meanwhile other people came in after me and got seen right away and they didn't seem like there situation was worse than mine and I had 3 other people ahead of me that were there way before me and so I would've had to sit for another 2 hours or more and there would've been more people coming in and getting seen before me. So I just left, it's really sad that the people that really needed to be seen have to wait for several hours to get seen. Meanwhile other people that were there could've went to urgent care and they totally didn't look sick or look like there situation was dire, it's so messed up and very upsetting to have sat for as long as I did and be in pain and not get seen. So my pain doesn't seem to matter, I guess. Well that's the end of my rant.
