Brought my sister in and from the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. It was my sister’s first time in an ER, and she had no anxiety over it due to the incredible service from every member that came into our room. The doctor was phenomenal and was thorough in his exams, and explained everything so we could understand what was going on and plan of treatment. Very thankful for their service, and even more thankful for their care for their patients.

I went in 3:00am for abdominal pain that felt awful. I was so panicked that something was wrong with me. Going in I was met with a very nice security guard who helped me get some paperwork filled out and was brought back so fast. I had two amazing nurses who made me feel at ease. I know I was looking rough. Ms. Angel and Karla were the most compassionate and the most understanding nurses I’ve ever had. They explained what was going to be done. Drew labs. Had a CT done by a super friendly technologist. Who explained everything thoroughly and was able to make me feel at ease since I’ve never really done a CT before. The Physician Dr Johnson was professional heard my issues, saw what needed to be done and communicated so well with me about follow up care and answered questions I had. My issues were solved with such compassion I left the facility feeling understood and helped. Hoping I never need to go to another ER but if I do? This is where I am always going to go for my emergencies. Thank you all for everything you do.

I always go here if I need to see a doctor quickly. forget going to the ER unless you absolutely have to. they've always gotten me & out in under an hour. I have never had to wait to be triaged.

they *do* the ability to do x-rays.

the staff are always super nice & friendly. from the security at the desk to the nurses to the doctors themselves. I've never had a bad experience here, can't say that for the hospitals I've been to.

My favorite urgent care ER clinic! If you don't like waiting at the regular emergency rooms that take forever, come here.

I'm feeling so much better after experiencing a severe asthma attack that left me breathless and I'm an expecting mom. My needs were address accordingly and they took care of me while I was there.

Fast and empty when I got there. Nursing staff was wonderful. Doc misdiagnosed me even though I told him I thought I had a sinus infection. Looked in my ears and throat but not up my nose. Waste of time. Follow-up efforts went unheeded and unanswered. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money or time.

I recently visited the Methodist ER during a terrifying hypertensive crisis. From the moment I arrived, I was met with incredible speed and genuine concern. The staff acted quickly and efficiently, immediately addressing my critical situation. What truly impressed me, beyond the rapid response, was the kindness and empathy shown by everyone I interacted with.

Not only did they expertly remedy the situation, but they also took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and patiently. I never felt lost or confused, which greatly eased my anxiety during a very stressful experience. Their dedication to patient education is truly commendable.

Thanks to the exceptional team at Methodist ER, I received prompt, effective, and compassionate care that quite literally saved the day. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and unwavering support. If you ever find yourself in need of emergency medical attention, I highly recommend this location. My toddler was vomiting and had 106° fever, they really helped me feel at ease and took care of her so well! Even gave her a little stuffed fish for being such a good patient. Second time coming here and they are always efficient.

If you have a young child seeking any type of respiratory care, do not take them here. My daughter had increased work of breathing, cough, and congestion that was treated with duonebs, an oral steroid, and nasopharyngeal saline rinse / suctioning. She subsequently improved and then the nurse Karla told us she was to be admitted to Methodis Hospital. Dr. Liza Chopra did not once come explain this to us and when asking for her to return so we could ask questions, Karla refused to grab her for an explanation. Come to find out, Chopra placed in her note that she did in fact explain and answer any questions and that our daughter was to be discharged from the ED. If that is the case, why was she admitted right?

We will not be coming back ever again to seek care, as this kind of behavior/care is very unacceptable. A formal complaint will also be made with the hospital system and joint commission.
