I went in last year for stomach pain, fever, terrible nausea, and inability to keep anything down. Was told my white blood cell count was high and it got chalked up to a stomach bug without further testing other than blood. Went to another ER later that night and turned out my appendix ruptured. I was told if I had waited a few more minutes I would’ve gone septic and a 20 year old with high white blood cell count isnt a normal thing to see and should’ve been their first sign that something was wrong.

Same thing happened when I took my sister, she had a fever, cough, and sore throat, they didn’t test her for anything, took a look at her throat and said it was an upper respiratory infection. My mom took her to a different ER and turns out she had the flu.

I don’t recommend coming here especially with how much they would rather do anything else but get proper tests done.

Went in last night with severe right leg pain. There were two families ahead of me when I arrived. The entrance only had a security officer and no one else. The security officer had me fill out a paper and wait.

One of the families were called back to be with someone already being seen. After around an hour the second family decided to leave and stated they were going to find another facility.

I waited another 30 minutes or so to be taken back. I explained to the nurse what was happening. She took my vitals (which were also worse than normal) and left. The doctor came in almost 30 minutes later and after explaining what is happening again he felt my calf and stated that he believed it was just muscular and that it would be a waste to get any scans and that I would have to wait 3+ hours if I wanted to have a CT done and restated that he did not believe they would find anything.

He offered to try and "find" a pain med for me to take and told me to call for someone to pick me up so I could take the med and leave. After being discharged and returning home I received an email with a bill for 500 dollars.

So basically I went in, waited almost 3+ hours for someone to tell me there's nothing they can do, took a pill that didn't even work, and got charged 500 for the privilege. (With insurance mind you)

At the time of writing I am still in severe pain in my right leg and am unable to sleep because of the pain. I would not recommend this place if you expect any actual treatment.

I've always had good experiences coming here especially after I was in a serious car accident, but I came in today because I've been sick for 3 weeks. The second I got to the front desk this short girl with bad balayage blonde hair just starred at me with an attitude like she was annoyed and then had a rude tone when she asked me if I was getting seen. No I'm just standing here looking at you for fun. Hands me the clip bored all rude. Super unfriendly from the regular staff upfront. Then she pulls me back, doesn't address me either to call me back just stands there looking at me like I'm stupid after opening the doors and waives me down. She was the nurse that got me all checked in , did my vitals, then her tone completely shifted when the doctor stepped in to introduce herself and ask me what was going on. She needs customer service training ASAP. Fortunately I don't let rude people take me out my character but yeesh. You don't have to smile but at least do the bare minimum.

Horrible experience. I asked for a splint and I was told I would be charged for each thing done. I did not care I was in pain. They told me to go buy a brace at Walmart. Gave me 3 ibuprofen when I told them that not even Tylenol with codeine wasn’t working.

We have been here 2 hours - 630-830p. While we’ve been waiting 4 different people have come in to ask if my child was swabbed. The lady who checked us in swabbed my child for strep, covid and the flu. No one seems to know who did what or where the results are.
