I was very sick for a week. Could not keep any food down; on day five I gave in and to get checked. Everyone was very nice! I'm so grateful to them especially NP Villagran. I'm feeling back to normal. I recommend this location and it'll be my go to urgent care location. I'm sooooo thankful!

I would recommend this ER to literally anyone I know. The staff was phenomenal, they took the time needed, making it feel like they actually cared about resolving my issues vs just pushing me out the door. They monitored me closely & were quick to change plans when it wasn’t working the way they wanted. They checked on me regularly & never made me feel like a burden/annoyance. My only gripe has nothing to do with them per se, just overall cost after insurance since it’s billed as an emergency room. I would still absolutely go there if I needed urgent care for myself or my child.

I went in with leg pain, thinking it could be a blood clot. As soon as I arrived there, I was automatically looked at. Put in room, had a technician come in to do an ultrasound. Then had 2 IV's put in, weren't too painful, sent for a CT Scan. All tests confirmed a blood clot traveled to my lung. They right away contacted the hospital for admission and I waited in the ER room until Ambulance came to transport me. Everyone was so patient, helpful and attentive!!

I think they are awesome my dr took great care of me and this is the same place my daughter went she was in a lot of pain she had a huge cyst. Thank you for the great care & didn’t have to wait hours.

Terrible. They didn’t even try to help find out why I was so sick. My nose was nice but the NP was the wettest I’ve ever encountered! Not only that, but I went to another dr for a second opinion… turns out it wasn’t “nothing” or “anxiety” I have MRSA!!

Overall, it is always faster to visit this ER location than to wait for my BAMC ER. The nurse who inserted the IV did not confirm the needle was properly in place before using it to give me medication. Blew the vain and I brused.

I took my daughter in to E.R . Nurse Ashley M. came in and ...wow! She offered my daughter the remote to the t.v., went and brought in a warm blanket, and then snacks! I have been to this E.R. 13 times for my issues. Not once was i given this treatment! My daughters mouth drop and was shocked. A 16 year old shocked 😅! Ashley M. is the PERFECT COOKIE CUTTER of a nurse! She is empathetic has compassion and idk If she's a mother but a mother's touch. I see Ashley going far and up the ladder! By far the best nurse I have encountered in Texas! Thank you Ashley! Keep being the best nurse you are!!!!
