This hospital saved my mother's life. She came into the hospital for an appointment and fell in the lobby. Emergency staff was there immediately to help her. She ended up having a brain bleed from the fall, and they took such great care of her. I will forever be grateful for this hospital. The food is not your typical "hospital" food. Great taste and quality.

The Best Hospital Experience!

Incredible staff—friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and genuine care. The service was fast and efficient without ever feeling rushed, and the attention to detail was outstanding.

This is hands-down the best hospital I’ve ever seen. Every aspect of my experience, from the professionalism of the staff to the speed of service, was flawless. I can’t recommend this hospital highly enough. 5 stars! 🌟

The best ER experience! Every single staff member and medical provider was kind, listened to me, and was thorough. They took me seriously and took the time to address my issue. I would absolutely come back if I needed emergency care (and I hope I don't)!

Took a fall, had my right knee and hip Xrayed. No break found. Spent about 5 hours in the ER. Staff were very understanding. When a Dr. or Nurse where not in the room, a Nurse or Aide would pop their head thru the curtains to see how my wife and I were doing. Even brought us boxed lunch as it was meal time. Arranged for a ride home as was unable to walk unaided. Very happy with the service I received.

Came in for pain in my back and abdomen area while 7 weeks pregnant. I could barely walk straight and I one offered a wheelchair. I sat in the waiting area for 4 hours before I was called to a room just to be told I couldn’t have no water and I’m dehydrated. I told them I’ll get it myself and that’s when they brought me some. I sat in a room for 45 minutes before a nurse came in and a hour after that before a doctor came in. By this time I’ve been here for 5 hours without a cracker to eat. I asked for a heating blanket because I’m freezing and no one has brought one. This is supposed to be an emergency room but it feels like urgent care moves faster than this place.

Horrible experience. My Mom went to the ER because of extreme body pain, nausea and shortness of breath on Sunday night and they did Covid and flu test and told her it was negative, sent her home with no pain medication and told her they think it’s adenovirus, although they refused to test for it and to come back if nothing changes. Well Monday she started developing a heat rash and kept taking Tylenol as told by the Dr and got progressively worse. The rash is now all over her back with welts, still nauseous, having body pain, pain level is 8 and we have been at Methodist since 5:20 and it’s now 11:15 and she just saw the Dr. who told us he would put in an order for medication since she’s in pain and disappeared. We have only seen her nurse once and they kept sending a bunch of random people to stick her and draw blood and they can’t get a vain and she had to tell the last person to stop because they were hurting her. So 6 hours later, still no help, no medication, she is still in extreme pain, still nauseous, and no answers and the kicker? Shes a nurse at this hospital. Just a horrible experience overall and the carelessness of the staff is astounding. We will never come back here

The hospital may be one of the top, but its ER sure is not. We have never been to this hospital emergency room where we have spent less than six hours. My husbandā€˜s health is bad we visit it frequently. So incredibly annoying.

Admitted to ER on11/23/23 at 9:30 pm for chest pain and lower abdominal pain. Was released 4 hours later at 1:30 am by Dr Anders Messersmith. Basically, he was a jerk. He had me back-peddling and questioning myself about what I should have done before even going to the ER. I departed feeling humiliated If you wish to contact me about this, let's talk but I am never coming back to your ER.
